Prestigious hotel, panoramic restaurant, outdoor swimming pool, gym with the best personal trainer I have ever known... Hotel absolutely recommended and worth trying!!
02/04/2024: The structure is beautiful, the common spaces are super fashionable, while the rooms are more classic but spacious and comfortable. The spa is amazing and the massages are super. The restaurant was excellent. But the best thing about the structure is the staff from the reception, to the bar, to the restaurant, to the spa, well-trained and extremely kind people.
Highly recommended we will definitely return.

02/04/2024: For a few years now our point of reference in the Biella area to go and eat an excellent Japanese and Chinese all you can eat. Excellent cuisine! very fast and very helpful service, considering yesterday that it was Easter Monday we even found a place, very honest price €18 per person holidays with coca-cola. recommended

02/04/2024: We hadn't been to the new place yet, it looks very good, large rooms and well-spaced tables. The courtyard with the outdoor tables is very beautiful, in good weather it must be very nice to have lunch or dinner there. The cuisine is good and sincere, with strong but not aggressive flavours. Good variety of platters with generous portions, first and second courses allow a choice that ultimately meets the tastes of the various diners. The desserts are very good and fresh. The wines on the list are quite varied and you can also choose to take glasses. We will definitely recommend it to friends and return.

02/04/2024: We had dinner with friends last night. So as I said regarding the food nothing to say all good. But the service leaves something to be desired. My husband and my friend ordered the same starter, my husband arrived shortly after and my friend was brought a first course which he had obviously ordered but which should have arrived after the starter!! Then my friend had to wait a long time for a stuffed focaccia, it arrived after the men's starters, after my first course and after my friend's first course! I was waiting for a fried food that was desired and most likely forgotten!! But it finally arrived. To conclude with the desserts, a waitress listed some for us while another waitress others 🤦🏻♀️. In the end very little choice!!! To conclude, the food was good but the service was a bit poor even though there were a lot of people serving!!
23/03/2024: It was my first time in this restaurant despite frequenting this lake. As a child, also thanks to my mother who had already been here a couple of times, I was pleasantly struck by the quality and goodness of the food, by the service of the boy who served us and by the position of the table close to the lake.

21/01/2024: Beautiful. Breathtaking panorama. Structure in the midst of green expanses and vineyards. Great food, very friendly staff. They carefully packaged the off-menu lunch for me as I am a vegetarian. Super good desserts. Highly recommended for both the food and the environment and above all for those who love nature.

10/03/2024: Locale poco spazioso con tavoli troppo vicini, pensavamo di prendere un pizza con pesce, ma non presente da menù, si chiede se era possibile aggiungere dei calamari su una margherita, ma con poca gentilezza sembra un operazione impossibile, così prendiamo una margherita e un fritto di pesce a parte, fritto a €16 molto scarso e molto unto, la pizza buona come impasto e ingredienti nella norma.

23/03/2024: Nice place, great for a quick lunch, aperitif and even breakfast. Delicious pizzas and focaccias, very good ice cream too! I often come for lunch and have never been disappointed, the place is really pleasant and the veranda terrace overlooking the lake is very scenic! There is little parking in front but 30 meters away there is a dirt parking lot... Recommended on all fronts!

Un cocktail di frutta costa € 12.90 senza nemmeno un crostino o una patatina di accompagnamento; un piatto di verdure grigliate € 24.90
Per una focaccia ( buona) delle verdure abbiamo atteso 55 minuti. Sconsigliato.
Nota positiva: le ragazze del servizio sono gentili.
10/02/2024: Mai visto un posto in cui ordinando 9 cocktail aperitivi non abbiano portato nemmeno due patatine o due arachidi. Se vuoi sgranocchiare qualcosa, tanto per non bere alcool a stomaco vuoto, devi prenderti 1Giro (e uno solo!!!) di buffet (a15 euro con il cocktail), cosa che può andare bene se poi non vai a cena, ma se vuoi solo fare aperitivo non ci sta! Davvero deludente rispetto a qualche tempo fa...di.sicuro non ci torneremo

16/12/2023: Non so come si mangia perché siamo usciti dopo pochi minuti, il tempo di invitare il responsabile del locale a intervenire per riportare ad una dimensione di civiltà alcuni clienti che urlavano, schiamazzavano e bestemmiavano. Dopo la risposta del titolare: "se non mi disfano il locale li lascio urlare quanto vogliono", siamo usciti.
Posso quindi parlare dell'accoglienza: supernegativa, del rispetto per il cliente: totalmente assente,
dei clienti che si trovavano nel locale: supermaleducati.
Non aggiungo altro.

09/12/2023: Abbiamo visitato i mercatini di Natale dell' 8 dicembre e circa 15gg prima ho prenotato qui cercando un posto dove pranzare al caldo senza spendere eccessivamente. Ho trovato un ambiente familiare, piccolino, con un menù fisso semplice e buono. Porzioni abbondanti e prezzi in linea con i locali nei dintorni. Da provare:)
