12/04/2025: I remembered it as a trattoria. Unfortunately, however, only the environment is that of a restaurant: equipment with yellow paper placemats, a place without any particularity, service that is nothing exceptional, even if the two sisters are very kind. I didn't find typical Piedmontese dishes, but dishes that try to be particular without succeeding. The grilled tongue too dry, and the trabaion too dry. The further drop in style on the dessert "we have the panarellina" is a pity that it is a version made by them which only has the same name as the panarellina. Prices too high for the quality offered. Never again at dinner.
