The presentation of the dishes is also excellent. The service is impeccable, the dining room staff is present and very attentive to detail. The place is very welcoming. Absolutely to return.

The Crispino is not bad at the norm The puree was not a real puree but something freeze-dried (if they had added nutmeg it would have at least covered a little). The duck leg was good but really skimpy, with two slices of potatoes. The dessert is barely saved

27/01/2025: Great food, super friendly staff and very nice atmosphere. Among all the dishes (exquisite and abundant) I would like to point out an incredible cheesecake! They were able to offer us a delicious fixed vegetarian menu created especially with only 1 hour's notice! Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

14/01/2025: We were in the area and went to see this magnificent place. The castle is private and can only be visited for special events. We went to visit the cellars anyway and have lunch at the 3 clocks. Everything was beautiful, very well looked after and attentive, helpful staff.. We would like to spend a night there soon. There are 12 rooms in the village medieval annexed to the castle. Worth visiting

01/01/2025: We’ve been fortunate enough to stay at many hotels located in castles over the years; it’s sort of our “thing” when traveling through western Europe. We can say, without a doubt, CdG ranks up there with the best. Not “just one castle,” but a property encompassing its own medieval village, CdG, shines. The food is stellar, the surroundings are beautiful, and the hedge maze makes this a stand-out property.

10/01/2025: I was looking for an all you can eat restaurant for New Year's Eve dinner. On other occasions, my wife and I ate at Moya in AL... good, at the now closed Leo Wok in Pozzolo F.ro... good, Yoi in Novi L. ... good, New China in AL... unfortunately it has lost its "splendor" over the years (too greasy food) and one day, I found myself passing by Sushi Long which is in the premises of the Intesa bank.. I know very well why there I was working... and, I must add, that they did a good job of renovating the spaces! Returning to the dinner, I could give them a considerable amount of compliments (service, staff and dishes with excellent plating) but, they wouldn't be enough because it was all SUPERLATIVE! I'm sorry for the other restaurants but, when we want All you can eat, without a doubt Sushi Long! Do I recommend it? It's all a personal opinion but I would try it at least once and,99 out of 100 you will come back! Real review... you can see it from the video on the fireworks! Congratulations to all the staff!

26/12/2024: We stopped at this place for the first time, among other things, we discovered that they recently opened and I must say that we ate well...the portions were tasty so it allows you to try more dishes. The bathroom was equipped with a changing table and was also very clean and the guys were very kind so we will definitely be back.

14/02/2025: Da genovese, finalmente ho trovato in Piemonte piatti genovesi ottimi, poi pizza e farinata buonissimi, i dolci sono fatti in casa. Quantità il giusto, più abbondante che no, accompagnati da personale gentilissimo, competente e cordiale. I ns 4 zampe ben accetti. Qualità /prezzo perfetta.

01/12/2024: I don't know what is better. The Castle that houses the restaurant has been restored down to the smallest detail. It consists of various very welcoming rooms. It feels like entering a fairy tale with the crystal chandeliers and the internal garden with the fountain. The kindness and attention of the dining room staff are truly unique. Truly unparalleled friendliness and professionalism. They remembered us with a really kind gesture, even though it was only the second time we ate there. Eating… well, eating is a unique experience! The Piedmontese tradition is expertly revisited by a truly good chef. Every dish becomes a wonderful experience. The difference is made by top quality products.
