11/08/2025: A delicious meal in a former church. The various dishes were fantastic, and the wine was delightful. The discreet wall coverings kept the noise level down. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back.

09/09/2025: Renowned, clean, and modern restaurant. The staff were friendly, fast, and welcoming. The food was good, nothing special to report, and the price was average for local sushi, €27 including cover charge (dinner). The only downside was that we didn't touch two dishes at all, and were charged a €5 surcharge. Fortunately, we were given the option to take them home. Overall, I recommend it.

27/08/2025: Lunch on August 15th, we were pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. Good food, friendly and welcoming staff. Very elegant and clean place, and, unsurprisingly, even the restrooms. The only downside is that from the outside it looks closed; you have to ring the bell. Excellent and plentiful Piedmontese cuisine. Top-notch prosecco. Reasonable bill. Convenient parking.

26/08/2025: I discovered this place through work and I must say that they have always been friendly, helpful and above all every single pizza dish is excellent... I recommend a spritz with fried anchovies and farinata while waiting for the dishes (super) excellent also the mixed fried food. Well done guys!

A family-run agriturismo that welcomed us with sincere warmth, making us feel right at home. The atmosphere was authentic, simple, and meticulously crafted, and every detail exuded passion. But it was the food that truly won us over: delicious dishes, prepared with love and local ingredients that spoke of the region. 09/06/2025: Castello di Gabiano 🏰 enchanting well cared for, we celebrated the birthday with a quality menu. The room manager Mrs. Nadia served us with attention, friendliness and great professionalism: attentive to every little need with kindness. The generous portions accompanied by the good wine produced by the Castle have fully satisfied all the guests. Thank you so much, we will gladly return also for a weekend with a swim in the pool.

25/08/2025: Yesterday we had dinner in a splendid location, excellent dishes and top-quality ingredients. Exclusive and very professional service. At the end of the dinner, a very pleasant tour of the winery was provided, with a great explanation from Riccardo, a member of the family who owns it. The staff and owners were fantastic. And we say this as fellow restaurateurs.

16/08/2025: I've been for dinner several times, and every time everything was top-notch, but this evening they exceeded all expectations. The fresh mushroom risotto was unbeatable in taste, cooking, and presentation. The fried fresh mushrooms were sublime; it was impossible to find even a single flaw. The mushrooms were excellent, the breading just right, not even the slightest trace of grease on the plate. You might say everything was normal, but that's not always the case. Besides a delicious dinner, there was so much more: a beautiful and well-kept setting surrounded by lush greenery and an oasis of peace, soft, very pleasant and relaxing background music, and extremely kind and helpful staff. You couldn't imagine anything better, so a heartfelt thank you to all the staff. Marcella.

27/08/2025: Great atmosphere, sitting on the terrace facing a very pleasant and quiet square, the kindness and friendliness of the waiters is not to be forgotten either. And the food! 16/07/2025: Dopo circa due anni e mezzo rieccomi in questo piccolo accogliente ristorante nel cuore di Tortona. Accoglienza cordiale e professionale, abbiamo optato per un assaggio di insalata russa (quella col tonno: alla "piemontese" ovvio) e verdure al vapore tutto ottimo. A seguire tortelli di magro al pomodoro e i classici agnolotti Derthona una squisitezza. Un calice di buon barbera Colli Tortonesi (peccato il servizio: si dovrebbe presentare la bottiglia e non il calice già riempito) ha coronato questa bella esperienza. Da tornarci sempre.

Quality, attention to detail, and an elegant and powerful humility in their courteous and cheerful welcome. On the plate, the development of their technique, as on the mushroom evening, has made the raw materials inviting, and they'll return soon. The dry vinification of the "Brachetto Matè" deserves special mention.
