16/03/2025: Siamo state di domenica a pranzo. Il menù è solo fisso, 40€ a persona con: Antipasto di salumi (BUONISSIMI), carne cruda (OTTIMA), tomini di capra, flan di verdure con bagna cauda. Un primo, abbiamo trovato riso al Barbera con salsiccia. Secondo di spezzatino di vitello con funghi e patate al forno. Tris di dolci, bunet, crostata e torta di nocciole, hanno servito insieme un bicchiere di spumante o moscato a scelta. Compresi nel prezzo una bottiglia di vino a scelta prodotto in zona, acqua, caffè e coperto. La cosa più bella è che per ogni portata girano con il bis e se ne può prendere quanto si vuole. Cibo veramente buono, ottima qualità, abbondante. Personale gentilissimo, i proprietari passano spesso a sincerarsi che vada tutto bene. Ci torneremo.

16/03/2025: We went for lunch on Sunday. The menu is only fixed, €40 per person with: Starter of cured meats (EXCELLENT), raw meat (EXCELLENT), goat tomini, vegetable flan with bagna cauda. A first, we found Barbera rice with sausage. Main course of veal stew with mushrooms and baked potatoes. Trio of desserts, bunet, tart and hazelnut cake, served together with a glass of sparkling wine or moscato of your choice. Included in the price is a bottle of wine of your choice produced in the area, water, coffee and cover charge. The best thing is that for each course they offer an encore and you can take as much as you want. Really good food, excellent quality, plentiful. Very kind staff, the owners often stop by to make sure everything is fine. We will be back.

10/03/2025: Siamo tornati in questo singolare ristorante ricavato all'interno di una chiesa sconsacrata e le ottime sensazioni avute la volta scorsa si sono confermate. Accoglienza cordiale, salone ampio (come si può immaginare, essendo la struttura costruita per essere una chiesa) ma ben riscaldato; tavoli per un massimo di una trentina di posti, ben distanziati (privacy conservata); due menù degustazione da scegliere, ampia scelta nella carta dei vini. Il pre-antipasto offerto dalla casa è sempre ben gradito; dalla cucina a vista si può osservare l'ottimo impiattamento del cibo, che si conferma di qualità ottima. Tempi d'attesa giusti e rapporto qualità/prezzo sicuramente adeguato al locale. Consigliatissimo se si passa dalle parti di Tortona

28/01/2025: Gebratenes Huhn - butterweich und sehr schmackhaft…sehr gut gewürzt - eine Ausnahme in Negombo…sehr zu empfehlen. Das Service und die Hygiene sind ebenfalls ausgezeichnet! Fried chicken - buttery soft and very tasty...very well seasoned - an exception in Negombo...highly recommended. The service and hygiene are also excellent!

20/01/2025: Fermati per caso a Cabella Ligure con un gruppo di amici motociclisti, visto che non si poteva proseguire verso il Penice, decidemmo di mangiare in questo ristorante, beh la scelta fu proprio azzeccata, proprietario super gentile e pronto a soddisfare in tutto i nostri palati in un bel locale caldo e pulito, da ritornarci sicuramente

08/02/2025: Personale cordiale e super gentile! Porzioni abbondanti, specialmente gli antipasti, e di ottima qualità! Unica pecca non avevamo abbastanza spazio per il dolce, ma ritorneremo sicuramente per rimediare!

Piatti della tradizione eseguiti con un tocco di modernità e soprattutto di freschezza considerando che la location è adiacente alla stessa gastronomia. Location molto rilassante e perfettamente arredata che ti veste addosso il piacere di trascorrere lo stacco del mezzodì in un modo gradevolissimo!!! Lo consiglio anche perché essendo mestierante da anni nella ristorazione penso di essere certo delle belle sensazioni che ho provato in questa piccola perla di Tortona!!!
