06/07/2025: Sunday evening at the pizzeria... we thought about skipping it but the positive reputation got us here! Ok we waited a little but this Rossini... always praised and never tasted intrigued me.
I live in Cattolica and unfortunately they don't know how to make good pizza, not only in taste, but above all in the Pasta. Instead this Rossini, a triumph of flavors, light, well cooked and leavened well, the waiters kind and busy. It's 11pm and until a little while ago I kept seeing pizzas coming out of the oven. If it were up to me I would give you a prize: tasty and digestible square! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and come and try a truly GOOD pizza!
06/07/2025: Really a nice little place, especially the outdoor space. Huge variety of pizzas and all sorts of goodies! Excellent dough and abundant, tasty, top-quality filling. The staff is kind and always available. Quick service and informal but well-kept environment, which makes the stay really pleasant.
Well done, we will be back again and again.

Acceptable service.
The passatelli with shrimp was exceptional!!!
I regret giving it 3 stars, however, because the salmon steak had several bones, which, although the flavor was good, prevented us from enjoying the dish.
05/08/2025: It's undoubtedly one of the best restaurants in Pesaro, located on the Pesaro seafront. The dishes are excellent, especially the seafood. Everything is delicious! The service is excellent, and the staff, both in the dining room and in the kitchen, are always ready to satisfy guests' requests. Last but not least, the prices are absolutely reasonable. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

08/08/2025: It is with great regret that I am forced to give one star following not one, but two insect discoveries in my dishes. The first time I found a larva (very contacted) in my spaghetti alla calabrese in November 2024, and now a wasp in the sautéed herbs, as shown in the photo. While the food is delicious and organic, such carelessness is unacceptable, and the kitchen hygiene needs to be inspected. It's truly a shame, because it's a place I used to eat often, but I won't be able to return until this situation is resolved.
02/08/2025: I ordered some takeout from the deli for a quick lunch.
Everything was delicious, and I really appreciated the wide vegan selection.
Next time I'll try the restaurant.

12/08/2025: I've had the chance to try all three types of their pizza dough (thin, thick, and focaccia). The attention to detail in the ingredients is remarkable, as is the drinks (one of the few places with MoleCola and Gaza Cola), and I can already say that the price is more than fair for the quality. However, I've never been able to sleep after dining here (NB: only the first time I had beer; the other times I've had water or cola).
12/08/2025: We ate at Farina in July. It was very unusual, and the menu was a great idea. The food was absolutely fantastic, the price was great, the ambiance was fantastic, and the service was very friendly. If you're in Pesaro and don't eat there, you're missing out. TipTop

25/07/2025: The best service in Pesaro. Very attentive to customer needs and makes you feel at ease.
We've been at least a dozen times and have never left dissatisfied.
All the bruschetta is amazing, and we'll have to try the pizza al piatto. Next time we'll try that too.

09/08/2025: I’d like to give my honest opinion of this kind of ‘restaurant’! Firstly, manager gave us a table in a middle of path(pedestrian line) like a cast away, as for us, we said ok, because we were so hungry and have just wanted to grab a pizza. As for them, I suppose, we looked differently, and deserved ‘special’ place a part of the rest of clients in a middle of a street. So, after half a hour, finally they took an order and… We were waiting for more than one hour! Pizza guys! More than one hour???? We asked several times when the pizza comes? With no answer! The staff were very rude and behaved arrogant. Finally they brought pizza, at the end of that we asked for a bill and???? Took 19 euros for Rossini pizza (at the menu - 9 euro)
19/07/2025: We waited an hour and a half for two pizzas and we didn't get them.

The fruit and vegetable juices are good, the only place on the Pesaro coast (I think) that has fresh artisanal melted ice cream, among others from the Yuri gelateria, which is the best! Good service, nice atmosphere! Recommended!

15/05/2025: I have been there a couple of times and have always found it to be excellent. The quality is excellent, the mix of flavours is excellent, the service is precise and professional, the quality-price ratio is excellent, definitely recommended for those who are in the area.
07/04/2025: Now we go there every time there is a special occasion or we have to celebrate something. We've always had a great time, great food and I've always tried something different from the menu.
Simple environment, friendly welcome and attentive service.
Excellent value for money.
