12/01/2026: We visited the fortress and the village of Gradara on the second Sunday of the year, in a post-holiday atmosphere with low attendance. This allowed us to further appreciate the tales of our guide, a truly knowledgeable and competent lady. There are various types of tours, which you can learn about on their official website. We recommend booking a few days in advance. The fortress is magnificent and extremely well preserved, thanks to its uninterrupted inhabitation for almost eight centuries, witnessing the passing of prominent figures from the Italian artistic and cultural scene. I recommend taking a guided tour to further appreciate the place, its stories, and the events that took place within its walls. If you're in the area, it's a must-see. A wonderful experience 💪

19/12/2025: Very good and delicious. We ate there several times and it was always very pleasant. We received a warm welcome. Excellent food at reasonable prices. There's a large dining room and a spacious outdoor area in the summer. We'll be back!

15/02/2026: We went for Valentine's Day dinner, and the place was packed. I understand the occasion, but an hour-long wait for each course seems excessive. Waiters were asking each other which table number they were supposed to serve. Terrible management. Everyone complained. We were getting up to leave (after two hours, we'd only eaten the appetizer) when Ferdinand, the waiter who was serving another room, came to "save" us. Given the shameful situation of ours, he started serving us. Was the wait worth it for the food? Not even. Everything was served lukewarm, poor quality, and terrible presentation. It's a real shame because the place is beautiful.
