12/12/2025: I was doing a flight transfer and theres no tax refund. I had to exit and go to the departure area to process it. Staff at the entrance of italian passport immigration pointed to do tax refund in Building A and go to 2nd floor, Which is misleading. I asked immigration officer where i can do tax refund and said to knock on the door behind them which is “customs”. Now when i knocked and was about to politely ask, the old guy staff inside rudely said by shouting “NO MADAM, WERE BUSY”. Poor staff knowledge, poor customer service, and poor clear directions on how to do tax refund. I only figured out how when i saw a small printed paper posted on the glass window, along with other printed informations, on how to do the refund.

12/12/2025: The passport check alone took more than an hour and the staff did absolutely nothing to help. The entire room was filled to the brim with people and there were no queue lines. Everything was disorderly, worst airport experience.
