29/12/2024: We already knew this restaurant but we hadn't been back for years and we were disappointed, so much so that we had to apologize to a couple of friends we had invited. The service was terrible: the dishes were all brought separately, even the side dishes, so much so that everyone had to eat while the others watched; even the desserts, simple slices of cake, were brought after a long wait and separated. The zigoiners are served with cooked vegetables, but they were cold. The polenta taragna had the cheese not already melted inside but grated on top. The bill is in line with a medium-high restaurant but both food and service are no longer so. I don't know if it was a particularly unlucky evening but, as we also arrived early, the friendly chef, who said he was alone in the kitchen, took our orders.
