27/11/2025: I don't even know where to begin... I stumbled into this café last night, drawn by the aroma of freshly ground coffee and the sound of warm laughter coming from within. And in an instant, I found myself transported to a 1950s Neapolitan trattoria, even though we're just steps from the Duomo! The atmosphere is simply magical: soft amber lights, walls covered with old black-and-white photos, Domenico Modugno vinyl records spinning gently on the turntable... and then there are the owners: Giovanni and his wife Rosa, two kind souls who welcome you as if you were a grandchild returning after years. I ordered a simple espresso and a slice of pastiera... and I swear I closed my eyes at the first bite.

You had to ask for things a thousand times, and after waiting half an hour, your food arrived cold. The food was overall good, though not exceptional: well-presented dishes but a bit predictable in flavor. The appetizer was good, though a bit pricey. The burrito was rich and filling, but lacked the richness expected from Tex-Mex cuisine.

09/11/2025: A well-stocked counter with sweet and savory baked goods. Always delicious. The ricotta-filled croissant is truly excellent. The appetizer platter is also delicious. During the warmer months, you can sit outside in the small square.

31/08/2025: I occasionally go for a spritz with an aperitif, consisting of a tray with slices of pizza, focaccia, savoury snacks, etc. The quality is decent, although the pizza and focaccia are sometimes a little chewy. The price is reasonable, €8. There are tables outside with people of all ages. However, I've seen families with noisy children running between the tables and causing a disturbance several times, but it's not their fault if their parents don't intervene to teach them good manners.

18/10/2025: When it comes to pizza by the slice: LO STREGONE is an INSTITUTION. I've been going there for 20 years, and it's not in my area, so I go there on purpose... I remember when there weren't even seats and it was a stop for slackers on the way back from the clubs. Now it's a real place, but it retains its original, down-to-earth character. Clean, informal atmosphere with plenty of seating, always open late. Exceptional pizza, superior to all the others in the area, including the chains we all know (without naming names). It's not that the others aren't good, this one is simply the best, then at 2 a.m. it becomes legendary! The downside is that it's a bit out of the way. The upside is that it's a bit out of the way. Price: 25 for a Margherita, 35 for a stuffed pizza, that's about right. Closed on Tuesdays. Wheelchair accessible. Highly recommended!
