13/05/2024: My favourite new find. I absolutely love how much passion is put into the food and service in this restaurant. Each month a new menu based on the season. It's perfect for vegans as well as meat eaters. The risotto is always so perfect and the Ugo cider is to die for.

02/04/2024: I book a table for 8 people by phone on March 21st, specifying that I have to bring a cake for the birthday, I book for March 30th. So far everything is ok.
On Monday 25 March I was contacted by the restaurant again by telephone telling me to bring the cash because the POS was not working.
On my birthday I address the guests to the club for a surprise party, what do I find???!! The restaurant closed with a sign we are closed from 28/03 to 5/04 HAPPY EASTER.. if you were closed couldn't you have said so immediately on my first call?? And especially on Monday of the same week to notify me of the wrong position when you already knew that you were closed???
Last summer, with a table booked for two, you made us wait more than an hour, allowing people who arrived after us to pass by and be seated, however good the Greek may be and however convenient it may have been because it was close to home but I'm so sorry you lost customers in this case...

And, if it's not clear enough, specific: completely wrong dishes, Neapolitan ragù which is a cassoeula with tomato, very nice waiter but at the mercy of the kitchen, kind waiters looking for "a center of gravity"; last but not least, a bill that would have been correct if we had put something more in our stomachs and, for comparison, the desserts cost the same as a pizza... I'm sorry but (even if it won't be of interest to the Ethos group) NEVER AGAIN.
24/02/2024: Had dinner tonight with friends, terrible service, inadequate and incompetent staff: I order a bottle of wine served at the table without a refrigerating wrapper: what to put first, I kindly ask for the same and the girl shows up with the wrapper with 12 ice cubes: I think about whether turn it over in his head or what do I do with this stuff since it has to contain a bottle I ask if he can put more ice at the level of the bottle thinking what was he doing to end everything without water stupid after which I was getting nervous I ask how long he worked and I hear myself say on my first evening ok not an expert but we would like to have a guide in the room. and from here I understand that global capitalism has also touched this place....and....let's be clear about one thing: we hadn't started to have dinner... never again

I found the staff poorly trained and professional. We asked 3 waitresses for a coffee and no one came to bring it to us we had to go to the counter
The service was slow, we waited an hour and a half for 3 pizzas, you can't fill a restaurant like this if it is understaffed.

The only flaw in my opinion is adding at least one meat dish with the fixed menu for midday!

05/04/2024: I returned to this restaurant for the fourth time. For me, who doesn't like raw fish, there are excellent alternatives to enjoy different foods and in company. Excellent chicken bao buns, shrimp tacos, pad thai pasta, sushi mix, hoso sake and futomaki. To try again
02/03/2024: I started to prefer à la carte sushi, Kiubi agreed with me, €100 for two without wine, for the quantities ordered I think it's a fair price, I'm speaking as a guy who has frequented many all-you-can-eat restaurants and left saying "I don't touch sushi anymore for a month” at kiubi you would go on eating for hours.
the only flaws were the waiter who accidentally spilled some water on my partner, but who apologized and offered us some typical sweets, which were much appreciated.
Furthermore, many tables + little space = high volume
highly recommended.

07/04/2024: Got takeaway pizzas on a Saturday evening.
I was very disappointed... but really. I already knew Fiorillo and its quality of food and pizzas so I went there with my eyes closed for takeaway. I'm sorry to give such a low rating, but the pizzas had nothing to do with the pizzas they serve on site. “Stuffed” with not even half the quantity of ingredients than usual (6 pizzas out of 6 like this, so it's not a mistake or a lack on just one). The flat and elastic cornice. Bah... paying €13 for each pizza when they were only worth €6-7 given the poor quality... excellent.
A piece of advice for the restaurant: if you're already busy in the restaurant on a Saturday night because it's full, don't even take takeaway orders, so you'll avoid making a bad impression. You have lost a regular customer, because differentiating so much between take-away pizzas and pizzas consumed on site is not correct at all.
