17/11/2025: I love this place, the only flaw is that on weekends the service is non-existent, especially for breakfast in the morning... a long time in line to order and then time standing waiting for the tray that you have to bring to the table with most of the time ingredients missing from the order... in short, great place and good food, but on weekends it is unthinkable...
15/11/2025: An excellent meeting point for a top-notch aperitif. Recommended.

12/12/2025: I ordered and paid for a home delivery service. I waited all day in vain because they never showed up.
Now I'm calling, but no one answers after 15 minutes of waiting. I tried again, and they finally answered, so I canceled the order, wasting another 15 minutes. Dishonest, they don't even offer compensation!
12/12/2025: The kitchen warranty claim was initiated on January 6, 2025, accepted in May, and has not yet been processed.
Update for IKEA: you already have all the details in the complaint emails and in the consumer association's claim file.
There is also a pending complaint with the AGCM.
