08/01/2025: After 2 rounds of "inspection", always fun, today we purchased the bookcase (legendary Billy) and sofa (excellent value for money) for a total renovation of the tavern. Congratulations to the staff who are always available and above all smiling: you are fantastic, you convey serenity and your desire to help and be useful can be perceived. A special commendation to the goods collection clerk who was truly very kind. Congratulations indeed!!! For us, Ikea is one of those places where it's nice to go even when you don't need anything: you leave with simple candles in your hand but with your head full of many new projects, the desire to do...renovate...dream!!! ! THANK YOU FOR EXISTING ❤️

16/09/2024: Honestly, I am disconcerted by the terrible behavior of those in charge. I was with a friend of mine who had called and asked for french fries and they insisted that they had finished everything for us, at a certain point she asked for them and they wished her death by insulting her, I will definitely never order from this rude pizzeria again, especially the lady, I think we weren't the only ones to say this given the reviews

15/09/2024: I had called but the connection didn't work, after calling the last time I was dictating the number and the connection went out again, when it came back I received insults on the phone and legal threats. Without words for today's world. Disconcerted

27/08/2024: One of the best ice creams you can eat in the area. From 5 stars I give 2, because of one of the staff guys (presumptuous and rude!!!!). Update May 17: They fall lower and lower for me...despite the quality of the products It seems crazy to me that one can't eat the cone while sitting down. A cup with two half balls is a crazy €6. You have fallen to the bottom

27/08/2024: Ho sempre apprezzato la qualità del gelato offerto da questa gelateria, ma purtroppo devo esprimere la mia delusione per il nuovo servizio che è stato recentemente introdotto. Ora, la gelateria permette di consumare il gelato in coppetta o cono solo all'esterno del locale. Questo di per sé non sarebbe un problema, se non fosse per il fatto che lo spazio antistante il negozio non è minimamente attrezzato per una piacevole sosta: non ci sono panchine o aree dedicate dove sedersi e gustare il gelato in tranquillità. Al contrario, ci si trova in mezzo a un semplice parcheggio, dove viene suggerito di "mangiare il gelato passeggiando". Mi chiedo, passeggiare dove? Tra le auto parcheggiate? Trovo questa soluzione non solo scomoda ma anche poco rispettosa per i clienti. Ma il vero colpo di scena arriva quando si decide di consumare il gelato all'interno del locale. Ora, per avere il privilegio di sedersi e gustare il gelato in una coppa di vetro, viene chiesto di pagare ben 6 euro, una cifra spropositata rispetto a prima, quando si poteva gustare lo stesso prodotto a metà prezzo. Questa politica mi sembra assolutamente insensata, soprattutto considerando che non c'è stata alcuna miglioria tangibile nel servizio o nella qualità che giustifichi un tale aumento di prezzo. In conclusione, sebbene il gelato rimanga buono, questo nuovo servizio mi ha profondamente deluso. Spero che la direzione possa rivedere questa scelta e offrire un'esperienza più rispettosa e conveniente per i suoi clienti affezionati.
