04/07/2026: Good pizza, friendly staff, and reservations, but our experience is limited to takeout and delivery. The only downside is that you have to spend a minimum of €20 to get delivery, which is also subject to a charge, so you can't order just two pizzas; you'll have to add more! Over time, we've noticed the pizza is getting better.

14/08/2026: Visited here today and had a terrible experience with our son who has allergies. Firstly, the menu does not accurate represent the allergens in the food - what the menu says the food does/doesn't contain isn't always accurate with what they can give you. Secondly, despite telling the staff of our son's milk allergy and going for a "milk-free option" (and this being checked with the kitchen), my son was given ham with sprinkles of cheese on. A terrible experience which could have had dire consequences if we hadn't spotted the issue sooner.

18/06/2026: Ermete e Laura is a place that conveys the feeling of having lived through some truly important years, and it still retains some of the charm of that era. The selection is wide and well-structured: the sandwiches are truly excellent, the coffee is very good, and the menu offers several interesting choices. The owners are friendly and kind, although sometimes not particularly helpful. One of the place's strong points are definitely the drinks: unique, well-researched, and expertly prepared. The experience of the people behind the bar is clearly evident, and the result shows in the glass. The place is already very beautiful and well-kept, but I personally think a slight modernization could enhance it even further. The central location, in the heart of the square, gives the impression that it still has a lot of potential. Relatively flexible hours, a pleasant atmosphere, and a quality menu. A place worth a visit, especially for those looking for excellent sandwiches and expertly prepared drinks.

06/08/2026: Very pleasant restaurant with air conditioning. The food was very home-style and the portions were generous. The spaghetti Bolognese and carbonara were delicious! The service was attentive and quick. Highly recommended.

29/03/2026: We ate very delicious burgers here. And we were so impressed, so we even came back one month later and repeated the experience! Still delicious. Very pleasant waitress as well. Expensive, but they were working during the lunch time (2pm), when most Italian restaurants are closed because they hate customers lol. 10/10

16/05/2026: We were supposed to go to the Madonna i Caravaggio on Mother's Day. We set off, and after a while we noticed the bar behind a nearly hidden gas station. It's called "the right place." We went in. The place has spacious rooms, and Pietro, the bartender, knows his trade and works with passion. He's brilliant, friendly, and that's a good thing for the customers who know how to appreciate it, unlike those taciturn people. They come in, drink, pay, and leave...

28/02/2026: A great discovery. Excellent food The owner, Pietro, was very kind and took me on a gastronomic tour of the Langhe cheeses. The last cheese I tasted was fantastic... Unfortunately, I don't remember the name 😅... The vegetables, cold cuts, flan, and wine were also excellent. Congratulations!!!!

14/08/2026: We went for lunch on a weekday after making a reservation. Food was limited; no menu, just a few dishes announced at the table without even knowing the prices. The food seemed reheated and not at all restaurant-worthy. We were also disappointed because the price (high) was not in line with the quality of the food served.

01/06/2026: What a wonderful experience! Elegant and well-maintained location, with a stunning outdoor area. Truly delicious food and impeccable service. A place we'll definitely return to!

16/04/2026: Zero professionalism. We booked a table in advance, and received a confirmation message both at the time of booking and that morning. We arrived and the place was closed, with no communication or notice posted outside.

08/03/2026: I know it's a pizzeria, but it's not possible that if I order a kebab pizza and I get a burnt kebab, the toppings cut randomly, and I had to wait even 30 minutes for the pizza, so they're sure that the kebab is burned well (there was not only the single one in the photo as burnt, but also most of it on the pizza) and come on

12/08/2025: A true step back in time. The restaurant remains firmly anchored in the '80s, both in terms of decor and menu. It's been years since I've read about Shrimp in Pink Sauce... That's not necessarily a problem; in fact, after so many years, I was able to enjoy excellent homemade tagliolini with salmon again. Average food and reasonable prices.

12/10/2025: The pizza is good, but they should be more careful when packaging takeout pizzas. This time, I ate my pizza with melted ink from several receipts, some from dishes that weren't mine. I found them at the bottom of the pizza box, right under my piping hot pizza, which melted the receipt ink. A few years ago, I found a stainless steel utensil in the pizza box; now, I've found it at home. So, no complaints about the pizza, but be careful what you do.

11/10/2025: We've been to this restaurant several times, but unfortunately (perhaps due to a change in management or just the wait staff) the last time wasn't great... The food was much lower quality than other times, the waiter was rude (in his opinion), and we had to go and see for ourselves as there were so many desserts... Since it was a table of 15 people, most people decided not to order any (to avoid the crowds). Only one glass for water, wine, and spirits... When we asked him, he objected because he thought one glass was enough... The atmosphere is nice, but when full, it's very, very noisy. I won't be back.
