Traditional cuisine and dishes 10/10, I think the casoncelli are my favorite dish hands down (one portion never seems to be enough), the beef in oil and the cheek melt in your mouth! Highly recommended are the horse meatballs, they are INCREDIBLE, you would eat them like popcorn. Be careful, like all typical places you have to book well in advance (for the weekend) but I assure you it is worth it! If I could give more than 5 stars I would

14/03/2025: Magnificent dinner! The appetizers such as the wild asparagus and pumpkin omelette were really good, you could feel the freshness and quality of the product. Superlative first courses, highly recommended are the orecchiette with artichokes and the paccheri with rib sauce. For the second course diaphragm cooked to perfection and to finish a very delicious off-menu dessert. Top service and waiters! The owners are so friendly and are always willing to have a chat during and after dinner. Excellent house wine. Prices very reasonable for the quality of the food and wine. An absolute must-visit.

23/02/2025: Poke Ramen is a pearl in the heart of Brescia! Their ravioli, light and tasty, are a real delight, while the salmon is very fresh and melts in your mouth. The rice is cooked to perfection, making each poke an irresistible experience. The staff is friendly and very fast, always attentive and smiling. The restaurant, although small, is welcoming and quiet, ideal for a relaxing meal without the annoyance of noise. If you are in the area, a must see! 🍣🍜

26/01/2025: ATTENTION!! Their dishes are addictive! Super dishes with very fresh ingredients. Characteristic atmosphere and very helpful staff. The only flaw inside is the kitchen extraction is slightly lacking but inevitable for a place with an open kitchen. Super recommended!

16/02/2025: Very good. Very kind managers. Evening of San Faustino, tired and cold, we enter, ask for a table for two and are immediately seated. Having never tried this cuisine, we choose two tasting menus. Everything was delicious but we couldn't finish it. We will be back for sure.

04/03/2025: Very characteristic place in the center of Brescia. Typical setting of a bakery, small but very nice spaces. Tall, crunchy focaccias and pizzas, with particular, refined and seasonal flavours. It's impossible not to taste the Surlo, a typical aperitif that cannot be found elsewhere, some bottles are on sale inside the restaurant. What can I say, an aperitif in an intimate and characteristic atmosphere! a little gem in the center of Brescia.

01/03/2025: Very, very nice and welcoming place, we went this evening with a couple of friends and we ate very well, the sürlo is the best!!! There was a small misunderstanding with the reservation and they immediately took action and within 10 minutes we had our table, as if that wasn't enough, to apologize they offered us an aperitif, which isn't something everyone does! I definitely recommend it, it's a place we will return to very soon! Well done guys who serve the tables!
