I understand, but confirming the order without incurring a surcharge requires a lot of attention. I waited 14 minutes and was already in luck. I ordered the classic squacquerone and arugula prosciutto. The arugula was missing, and the prosciutto was of the lowest quality. It's a shame that in the past, the quality at this chain was much better. Now, untrained staff are being thrown away to the customers. I don't understand these companies' vision. I won't be returning.

05/05/2026: I returned after months because I travel for work, and reluctantly, twice I didn't find the usual young, black-haired girl who, as always, was kind and very professional. Unlike the people I've met these times, who weren't kind to me at all. All in all, the product isn't bad. They just need staff with a greater desire to work, but otherwise, it's okay.
