01/08/2025: An experience not to be repeated. I ate this Thursday at noon with the all-you-can-eat menu. Despite the affordable price and the good behavior of the staff, I encountered several issues.
First and foremost, the fish used was at times dry and tasteless.
Secondly, the mistake was made several times of placing the raw fish plates on the counter and leaving them at room temperature until the staff collected the consumed plates—a serious error given the temperature that must be maintained throughout the entire processing and transformation of raw fish.
The experience is not to be repeated. Even for my personal taste, I found the various pieces of sushi to be unsavory, even compared to products from similar establishments.
