29/06/2025: I visited the workshop recently and the experience was definitely disappointing. The place itself is not bad, but what ruins everything is the attitude of the staff: rude, brusque and unprofessional.
• From the moment I ordered, the staff showed obvious annoyance to my questions, answering hastily and with an annoyed tone - just as reported by other customers .
• This is not an isolated case: several people on online review platforms complain about the same unfriendly and unhelpful behavior, especially from those who take orders
• Overall: unwelcoming service and, in my case, what should have been a pleasant moment turned into a feeling of annoyance.
The advice is clear: if you are looking for courtesy and a minimum of sympathy, here you risk being very disappointed. A change in the relationship with customers is needed, because it is not enough to have a good pizza if you are then treated like a burden.
26/06/2025: Nice place!!! The decor immediately strikes you.... garage style...with motorcycles, cars and old and iconic objects. Specialty "pizza a la pala"...wide choice...and I must say that the 2 choices we made were really excellent. Fast service...and average prices. We will definitely be back. 👍

27/12/2025: I was served by her, the lady with glasses and black hair, and I have to say: excellent server. Her smile is like the smell of warm bread in the morning, simple but capable of making your day better. Genuine kindness that makes you want to return.
12/08/2025: It's undoubtedly the best focaccia in Loano and beyond!
Quality and courtesy seem to have found the perfect combination in a small, characteristic Ligurian alley.
This is the oldest and most historic bakery. I highly recommend it!

14/09/2025: My go-to focacceria—and not only—in Loano, and I dare say in all of Liguria. The focaccia is round, not rectangular, greasy but not overly so, good, and in this case, even too good. The classic one remains my favorite, but the ones with cheese and the ones stuffed with ham are also a must-try. The desserts are also excellent, despite not being their specialty. I know—and consume heavily—baci di dama, amaretti del Sassello, and shortbread. The staff is quick and efficient.
26/07/2025: To order 6 stuffed breadsticks from the morning for the afternoon, I was asked for a deposit... I find that really absurd! Total goods: 5 euros, deposit: 2 euros

27/11/2025: Today for the first time we had lunch with spaghetti allo scoglio and lasagna, everything was excellent, the friendliness was excellent.
24/09/2025: We ordered a paella for two to take away (€13 each), and I highly recommend it! It was hearty, rich, and flavorful, and the food was top-notch. We'll be back for the fritto misto, which is also delicious. Affordable prices, excellent service, and the staff were incredibly friendly.

31/10/2025: I went there the first time for lunch and it wasn't bad.
The second time, it was absolutely awful: spaghetti allo scoglio with mussels that smelled rotten, and octopus with potatoes that was so soggy that water came out when you fork it.
I mentioned it to the owner, and she said they brought it to her like that.
As a result, we paid without eating and left.
I'll never go back, and I don't recommend it.

17/08/2025: We love gelato and always try all gelato places. We like this one the best! Creamy texture great flavor and very nice service. You can also easily sit in the patio and enjoy the gelato without hassle.

05/09/2025: I sat at the outdoor table for breakfast. The waiter, after a short wait, served two people who had arrived after me, even though he'd seen me and ignored me. Unacceptable rudeness! I had to get up and leave.
15/08/2025: Let's start by saying that the staff is uninterested and arrogant (except for the friendly owner). We won't even mention the food, as it was inedible: we ate a rare kind of lasagna with clumps of pasta and the entire sauce was probably expired pesto, boiled potatoes, and green beans as soft as jelly. Then a puccia with tomato (*still had the stem attached) and mozzarella as hard as iron. Then, after the tasting, we had to go to the restroom to throw out the "food," and those had probably never been cleaned. Conclusion:
DO NOT GO THERE
