14/08/2026: A fantastic discovery here in Monterotondo. Every dish we tasted was a small work of art, crafted down to the finest detail.
It was a feast for the eyes to see the salmon so carefully presented, served on a bed of fresh ice and garnished with green leaves. The quality of the fish is excellent, and the flavors are perfectly balanced. I highly recommend stopping by Via Fosse Ardeatine for a truly special evening.
