01/02/2026: I had lunch at this restaurant a couple of weeks ago (they hadn't told me they had a vegan menu). The lady who served us and prepared our meal was very kind and quick, even though she was alone in the restaurant. The place is very cute and has an entrance with a beautiful view. It might be a bit chilly in the winter, as it's cave-like and the stove, which is always on, is positioned too far from the tables. The food we tried was all prepared by the owner and was very good, and the wine was also quite good. The place also has an alternative menu with meat for those who aren't into vegan options, but we didn't want to try it. The prices are a bit high, but the portions are generous. It was still a great experience, recommended and definitely worth trying again.

01/01/2026: I ate at this place on New Year's Eve, I had a great time, from the starter to the dessert, I'm vegan and I ate very well, the lady was alone and did everything herself, even the dishes were completely homemade without adding any additives or preservatives, the service was impeccable, the place was very nice, the price was adequate and what we ate thanks so much keep it up

08/01/2026: Unscrupulous people. We canceled our New Year's Eve dinner with advance notice due to serious health problems, as I am a high-risk individual. They weren't even willing to offer us the option of returning to use at least part of the money we paid in advance. Which, however, the local hotel did, demonstrating sensitivity and respect. Shame on you. You showed no humanity when faced with the health of a fragile person. Liars, among other things: they mentioned a 10% discount on a dish for the next meal. Translation: I'll get a €10 pasta and save €1. We're blocking this to avoid unnecessary discussions with people who don't understand, who tell lies and have no humanity.

08/01/2026: My partner and I love Calcata, for about two years we have been going there at least once or twice a month. We discovered this delightful restaurant, with attention to the smallest details, welcoming, quality food, dishes that change according to the season, honest prices and above all thanks to everything I have listed above, we completely unplug every time we go there and treat ourselves to a wonderful lunch or dinner and for this it has become our meeting place!
