09/05/2026: We found this little place by chance, walking through the village, and we couldn't have been happier! I'm vegetarian, and the restaurant offers a variety of plant-based dishes, both vegan and vegetarian. Every dish was truly delicious, both for me and my boyfriend, who is omnivorous. The view from there was breathtaking, and the lady (I assume the owner) cooked and organized everything; she was incredibly sweet. We left wanting to return as soon as possible. Congratulations, highly recommended.

01/05/2026: A place we once loved has become unpopular due to the staff's attitude. We went on May 1st, and despite the fact that there were seats available or about to be available, all six of us were seated in a cavernous space with mold on the walls, which was decidedly unhealthy. When we observed the waitress, she became extremely aggressive, a behavior inconsistent with her professional skills. She complained that we weren't treating her with respect, even though she had been working there since May 1st. We couldn't figure out what was wrong with us, the customers. As a result, two of us cancelled lunch. The management should urgently replace this person, who has absolutely nothing to do with the waiter profession, risking jeopardizing the entire business. What a shame!

01/05/2026: Kind, friendly, and fast, even when busy. The cappellacci are delicious; everything is good. The interior is very unique and well-kept. The price is fair. You can even bring your dog. I recommend it.

The village is magical in itself, but entering this restaurant is like crossing the threshold of an elegant greenhouse: the space is literally covered in plants, vines, ferns, and soft lighting that create an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. Perfect for a lunch for two. At the table, we found creative cuisine that showcases the local area: Lazio ingredients crafted with skill and respect. The shared appetizers were excellent, along with the handmade first courses and a carefully curated wine list featuring natural and local labels. Balanced portions, distinct flavors, and carefully presented dishes without being overbearing. The service was attentive and passionate: the staff expertly explained the dishes and offered recommendations, putting you at ease without rushing. Prices were fair for the quality offered and the attention to detail throughout the experience. Amid hanging plants, artisanal ceramics, and views of the valley, Opera is the perfect place if you're looking for a romantic and unique break. We'll be back for dinner at sunset.
