11/02/2025: Absolutely the best place I have eaten in, excellent quality cooking, tasty dishes, seasonal raw materials and combinations that amaze the palate. A special note to the desserts that cradled the end of the meal and exalted the taste buds. Courteous, attentive but not intrusive service, well-kept and welcoming place.....what can I say....everything perfect!!!! Thank you thank you thank you, this is catering!!!!!

26/01/2025: The place is small, 3 with a beautiful atmosphere. The beautiful and fun swing seats. Amazing philological starter, perhaps due to the grilled octopus an accompanying sword was missing.
On the other hand, nigiri sake and uranaki were a bit disappointing. Still worth coming back!
19/01/2025: Restaurant in the heart of Frascati that is worth going back and forth to. Very nice environment (shame about the bathroom which can only be reached by taking the stairs, friendly and helpful staff

02/02/2025: It is the second time that my husband and I have had lunch in this small but characteristic and well-kept restaurant in the center of Frascati. Mr. Elvezio is very kind and helpful, the fish-based food is good and well looked after, definitely worth trying.
We will gladly return.

02/12/2024: Yesterday for lunch we went to this farmhouse and, although we had a good time thanks also to the courtesy of the staff, I reluctantly have to give a negative opinion. Unfortunately, after eating, 3 of us felt very bad physically. Let me start by saying that we don't live together and hadn't seen each other for at least a week so it couldn't have been a coincidence. It was the only meal I personally had all day and a few hours after lunch we suffered heavy digestion and this night we stomached the entire lunch many times. Furthermore, a glass of wine on the table had not been carefully washed and still had some previous diner's lipstick on the rim.
I don't give one star precisely because our experience was positive at the time, but I couldn't help but point it out.

30/11/2024: Pizza cotta con forno a legna, e si sente!! Buonissima, tutta un’altra cosa!!! Le pizzette sono sfiziose, ho provato i vari biscotti e anche il panettone con le gocce di cioccolato!! Tutto ottimo!

Every time I'm in the Frascati area, I can't help but stop by Il Fornaretto di Amedei to get a pizza, and I can say with certainty that their pizza is one of the best I've ever eaten! The real star, however, is undoubtedly the crouton: it is the best crouton I have ever tasted! The bread, then, is another wonder, soft and fragrant, something truly special.
If you are in the area, you absolutely must try it! The prices are really excellent, and in addition to pizza and bread, they offer a wide selection of equally tasty products. It is also possible to eat on site, but if you are in a hurry, you can always take away. A place not to be missed! 😋

01/02/2025: Arriving at 9.20pm with the hope of eating a piece of pizza quickly, the counter was empty, we asked if we could sit down to eat three pieces of pizza but the answer was blunt: "No, I have to clean". We take the takeaway and very politely, thinking that we wouldn't hear it, he comments to his colleague: "They wanted to eat inside too" and ends with a great FUCK....... Education, my dear, is the basis of commerce.
