'Na Fojetta - Ristorante a Frascati

13/07/2025: I visited this wonderful restaurant on the recommendation of a friend who lives in Frascati, and it was spot-on!
Since there were six of us, we each ordered something different, so I was able to sample a decent selection of what was on the menu at the time.
From appetizers to dessert, there was nothing that wasn't excellent, so much so that I'd be hard-pressed to recommend a single dish in particular. 🙂
From Roman classics to more unusual dishes, everything was truly excellent, carefully prepared and decorated with edible flowers, and practically everything was homemade, including the wine we shared.
I'm reasonably confident that whatever you choose, you won't be disappointed.
As if all this weren't enough, everyone is extremely kind and friendly.
Highly recommended!!!

30/09/2025: Very kind and attentive staff (the owner in particular 😍). Traditional cuisine. A little warm inside, but that's easily solved by stepping outside for a breath of fresh air every now and then between courses.
29/09/2025: A restaurant near the Frascati viewpoint, with indoor and outdoor seating. The appetizers are good, especially the meatballs. First courses include carbonara, fettuccine sbracciate al ragù, and tagliolini with butter and lemon. The latter, however, was a bit too creamy and dense, but still delicious. For main courses, the pork shank with potatoes and millefeuille of heifer with vegetables were worth the price. Overall, the final price was fair. Very friendly staff.

14/09/2025: GREED is a small gelato shop located in the center of Frascati.
I came here drawn both by the numerous positive reviews and by the unique flavors that piqued my interest. Among the more original options, I found, for example, butter and anchovies or olive oil and basil. I instead chose ricotta, orange, chocolate, and cocoa nibs.
I must say I liked the gelato: I found it authentic and quite light. The prices, however, are quite high: €3.50 for two flavors in a cup. As for the portions, contrary to what I had read in some previous reviews, they didn't seem small; perhaps, thanks to the feedback received, the portions have been slightly increased.
In conclusion, I'd say it's a good gelato, worth trying, especially if you're curious about original and unusual flavors.
13/09/2025: Truly delicious gelato, with unique flavors not found in other mainstream, cheap gelato shops. They even have options for those with lactose intolerance. Highly recommended.

01/10/2025: Amazing! Superlative welcome, we were pampered by the lady behind the counter and by Mr. Ceralli himself! I had pizza with potatoes and porchetta and the one with onions, which were nothing short of amazing, the politeness and quality were on another level! Highly recommended!

12/10/2025: Very nice place, American mini-café style. The owner and staff are all very kind and helpful. Desserts, wine, and meals are available. Average portions, prices are not too low but are consistent with the quality. A small, shaded patio with seating for 3-4 inside, and a produce shop. We were satisfied. It's nice to see such modern places, even where traditional cuisine features a lot of animal products.

14/09/2025: We went here for an aperitif among the vines... the view, food, and wine were excellent! Perfect for sunset... They customized the menu for both those with allergies and pregnant women.
The arrangement of the pallets holding the food could be slightly reconsidered; perhaps they were too big for the available space. The staff were very kind and helpful. We'll definitely be back!!!
30/08/2025: Aperitif in the vineyard. A lovely experience, with good food and wine. You have to accept the occasional bug and a bit of dirt, but that's part of the experience, in my opinion.

12/08/2025: Discovered by chance a few years ago, we wanted to get pizza by the slice and Alice Pizza, which is right across the street, had no seating. We chose the pizza menu which includes a pizza, a drink, and a supplì, everything was excellent 👍🏻
01/08/2025: Good food, friendly staff, great prices. However, in the last week, on two separate occasions, I found a hair in my rice and a fragment of what looked like a fingernail or plastic (I hope it was plastic) in my meat. This leaves me a little perplexed and makes me hesitate to return. It would be enough to start using gloves and hair coverings in the kitchen.

01/09/2024: Seit über 20 Jahren gehen wir hier zum Essen, aber in den letzten beiden Jahren hat die Qualität ständig abgenommen. Vergangene Woche war dann der negstive Höhepunkt. Es gab nicht mehr mehrere kalte und warme Vorspeisen, sondern nur kalte Vorspeisen und die waren zum Großteil nicht mehr angemacht. Stattdessen jede Menge Calamare und Shirmps auf einer Platte angerichtet und Fileto di Sarde con Cipolla, die man in jedem Supermarkt bekommt. Es gab nun auch nicht mehr Pasta und Risotto, sondern nur Pasta mit Meeresfrüchten.
Als Hauptgang hatten wir gegrillten Fisch, Branzino, Lachs und Seeteufel. Leider alles nicht gewürzt und daher wenig schmackhaft, selbst fürSalz und Pfeffer mussten wir sorgen.
Die Nachspeise bestand ais einen viel zu süßen Semifreddo und Gebäck. Bei letzterem hatten wir das Gefühl es war vom Supermarkt. Die kleinen Mandeltörtchen waren halb vertrocknet.
Ich schreibe das alles so ausführlich, weil wir immer sehr gerne ins La Colinetta gegangen sind. Es gab wie immer sehr viel Fisch, aber geschmacklich war keiner von uns zufrieden.
Wir werden nun so schnell nicht mehr hingehen, weil über 300 € für 6 Personen nicht dafür stehen.
