27/04/2025: On the border of the Roman province with Abruzzo, in the perched village of Arsoli there is this inn to which you can easily leave the title of restaurant for the very high culinary quality and the top quality products: the sausages for the appetizer, the olive oil, the fresh pasta, the kebabs... Listening to the kind and competent owner, everything has a provenance and preparation worthy of note. The taste confirms what was promised: highly recommended!
