Spesso i gusti proposti dalle etichette non sono presenti ed è quasi impossibile chiedere informazioni su quelli disponibili.
La vetrina è infatti piccola e il personale non è disponibile a dare informazioni perchè sempre indaffarato a servire in tutta fretta senza badare alla clientela. Il gelato comunque non è più cremoso e saporito come una volta

10/03/2024: Tavoli sporchi e traballanti poltroncine con braccioli distrutti pavimenti sporchi. Dopo aver ordinato due caffè con un po’ di latte freddo a parte e due bicchieri d acqua naturale è arrivato solo il caffè senza tutto il resto ( era scritto chiaramente sulla comanda ) abbiamo chiesto a tre camerieri di avere il resto dell ordine che arriva 10 minuti dopo, ormai il caffè è freddo! in contemporanea ci hanno invitato a pagare quanto consumato come dire pagate e toglietevi dalle scatole!

27/03/2024: We stopped for a quick breakfast, we had two cups of tea (a pu erh and a white tea) and two cupcakes. Very kind and super fast service, the tea and cupcakes were delicious, all at a more than fair price. 5 stars well deserved.
26/03/2024: Walked past it by chance and looked straight in because it was so appealing.
Both cupcakes, prepared with a lot of love, were so delicious, as was the cappuccino.
Highly recommended!

10/02/2024: Abbiamo ordinato a domicilio tramite Just Eat, l’avessimo mai fatto… ordinata alle 19:30, la pizza è arrivata fredda alle 22:30, ma la cosa più triste è che abbiamo chiamato due volte in pizzeria chiedendo gentilmente dove fosse il nostro ordine e la seconda volta ci hanno liquidato chiudendoci praticamente il telefono in faccia!
La cosa che ci ha fatto rimanere male è stata la mancanza di serietà e attenzione verso il cliente!

23/08/2023: Vorrei lasciare un commento per "El Bufo" di via Malcanton, ringraziando i ragazzi per la pazienza e la simpatia dimostrate verso di me e le mie amiche americane. Ci hanno saputo ben consigliare, spazzando via la nostra indecisione! Gentilissimi anche al momento del conto, permettendoci di pagare separato (cosa che solitamente molti locali non consentono). Buono il tagliere di salumi e fritti triestini! Buona la birra.

24/03/2024: I ordered 1 hour ago and it was still not delivered but shown delivered on the app called the restaurant and explained but says 15 min and took 30min so I waited for 1,5 hour thank you🙂

14/02/2024: I stayed at the Hotel Valeria and had a great time: a welcoming and clean environment with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has ample private parking, which is very important considering that it is only 10 minutes from the center of Trieste. I will definitely go back.
