I found the attitude presumptuous, arrogant, and even threatening, completely unacceptable, especially considering the dog has serious neurological problems. A modicum of understanding and sensitivity would have been appropriate. It's shameful to behave this way without even investigating the true history of the situation. Arguments and shouting from the staff in front of all the other clients... SHAMEFUL! In situations like this, respect and empathy should be fundamental values, but here they are completely lacking. 28/09/2025: Impeccable quality and punctuality! I often order sushi, and I must say this place truly stands out for its excellence. The fish is always fresh, perfectly cut, and carefully presented. Every bite is a pleasure; you can taste the attention to quality in every detail. Punctuality is also a strong point: every time, the delivery arrives on time (if not early), with everything well packaged and at the right temperature. Impeccable service from every perspective; I believe this is the sushi place that's been around the longest in the area, and that's always a guarantee.

28/09/2025: Always a guarantee!!!!!! This place always manages to surprise me! Their sushi is simply delicious: super-fresh ingredients, exquisite flavors, and impeccable presentation. The staff is always kind, helpful, and attentive to every detail. Deliveries are also perfect: punctual, neat, and everything packaged to perfection with zero plastic, only recyclable paper. It's rare to find a place that combines food quality, professionalism, and service so well. It's now my go-to place for sushi. Highly recommended....

31/01/2026: A disappointing evening at Casa Spadoni San Vitale! Nice place, but slow service and inattentive staff. They don't even know what they're offering... Moroccan? Meatballs in tomato sauce, bacon with potatoes, eggplant in tomato sauce... oh yes, maybe the mint tea is Moroccan 😩 Thank goodness we drank a good Sangiovese superiore! It's a shame because the place is always lovely! I don't think any of us will be back...

15/09/2025: The restaurant mainly serves pizzas but has an extensive list of options. The ones we ordered were well done and tasty. Thete is a good list of Italian draft beers which were delightful. The staff didn't speak English but was quite accomodating and nice. All in all, one of the good venues in the vicinity to eat a pizza.

29/09/2025: Hi, my name is Mara. I came here this summer to get a piadina, and what can I say? The piadina is truly revolting. The cold cuts have to be sliced ​​very thinly, otherwise it's like eating a pig's leg. They definitely need more space to work, and there's little organization. I totally understand the tiredness and the hot air inside, but it seems absurd to wait so long for a simple piadina. The staff, the two ladies, are perpetually super serious, and I'm almost afraid to order anything! Enjoy your piadinas, goodbye.

20/08/2025: Terrible value for money Confusion with the bill and rudeness towards customers. I've seen the other reviews and there's a lot of truth in the negative ones. I absolutely don't recommend it, especially if there are a large group. Even after checking the bill several times, I still don't understand why we paid so much. The woman at the cash register was very confused. Not recommended.

15/12/2025: To forget. Let me start by saying that I love hot tea and I enjoy it sitting at a bar, but I thought to myself: I've lived in Milano Marittima all my life, I've never been here, why? I remembered immediately. For tea in a teapot, not even filled with hot water (just the bare minimum), a cup(ish), an ENGLISH BREAKFAST (not even Twinings) and a slice of lemon with a drink at the table... €4. The average hot tea is €2.50 plus a €1 cover charge, I thought, €3.50 on average. Instead, I think they even counted my mother's cover charge, and she didn't consume ANYTHING. We were alone in the bar, so the girl at the counter could clearly see that my mother hadn't consumed even a drop of my precious tea! (She was still there, staring as if terrified.) When I ask for tea or a personal drink, I have no problem making it clear to whoever's with me; we're not "freeloaders." Besides making me feel like a thief under surveillance, the €4 charge really got on my nerves. Guys, if you're empty on a Sunday morning and your quality average is 3.6 out of 5, ask yourself a few questions. To clarify, I took a photo with a very clear communication gesture! I strongly advise against it. P.S. I don't see the word "cover charges."
