15/02/2026: Excellent food and generous portions. The chicken skewers are truly addictive, one leads to another like cherries! The only drawbacks: above-average prices and the lack of a fixed menu for business lunches, which would make the experience perfect even for those struggling to stay within a company budget.
24/12/2025: December is a super crowded month for lunch, but the service is always very fast and the quality of the raw materials remains unchanged.

11/01/2026: I've been there more than once, both for lunch and dinner, and I have to give all the stars with honors: in addition to the classics, they have some unique offerings. All very good and carefully prepared, and I've never had salmon tartare like they do.
I also commend the Chinese cuisine section; I think the ravioli are homemade and not mass-produced. And to finish, hot sake! Kudos to the staff.
01/01/2026: I've been to the best sushi places in the area, and this one is no exception. Coincidentally, all the one-star ratings come from friends or relatives of other sushi places in Mirandola! Shame, except for this excellent sushi.

28/02/2026: Every time we come to the area, we stop to eat here! Everything is fantastic, from the location to the food.
Everything is delicious; there's nothing that isn't delicious.
And with the all-you-can-eat menu, you can try so many fantastic dishes.
Highly recommended.

16/02/2026: Accessibility 4/5: There's a large parking lot next door, but unfortunately there aren't many reserved spaces for disabled guests.
Ambience 3/5: The building is old and could use some updating, but it's reasonably clean. The exterior is poorly maintained, and the surrounding asphalt is very uneven.
Menu 4/5: Good selection of 5 simple first courses (including one special, 2 rotating, and 2 "constant"), 4 second courses, and 4 or 5 side dishes. There's also fruit, bread, and dessert. It's a shame there's no coffee bar.
Food Quality 3/5: The quality you'd expect from a canteen, nothing special. There's a risk of getting cold dishes if the tray from the kitchen has been waiting a while.
Service and Staff 3/5: Unlike other reviews, I didn't find the staff rude, just busy. There are condiment counters and three microwaves available in the dining room, but they're often dirty, the bottles are greasy, and many containers are empty.
Price 4/5: The €12 menu deal (non-special first course + second course + side dish + bread + water) is truly low. The only drawback is that you can't pay with meal vouchers, unless you pay for the individual dishes separately, thus losing the discounted menu price.
Overall rating: 3.5/5

20/07/2024: Scrivo questa recensione sperando di trovare le parole migliori per esprimere tutta la riconoscenza che io e mio marito sentiamo nei confronti degli splendidi Rino Franciosi, sua moglie, Vincenzo e tutto il preparatissimo staff di Villa Fondo Tagliata.
Per il nostro matrimonio cercavamo una location immersa nel verde, intima e con un fascino rustico che ricordasse la nostra amata campagna. Questa meravigliosa villa sembrava fatta apposta per noi. Ma l'estetica è solo una piccola parte di ciò che ci ha colpiti: Rino, con la sua grande passione e disponibilità, ci ha fatto sentire a casa fin da subito. Un vero signore d'altri tempi, sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta con gioia, passione e competenza. Le stesse caratteristiche che abbiamo trovato in Vincenzo e tutto il resto dello staff.
Villa Fondo Tagliata è una realtà famigliare piena di calore e orgoglio per le propria storia e tradizione. La consiglio a tutti coloro che vogliono far sentire i proprio ospiti accolti in un'atmosfera intima e gioiosa.
E infine una nota di merito per la cucina...eccellente a detta di tutti i nostri ospiti! D'altronde potevamo aspettarci solo piatti squisiti dai proprietari della gastronomia più buona di Mirandola e dintorni.
Concludo questa recensione ribadendo ciò che abbiamo detto a Rino e a sua moglie alcuni giorni dopo il ricevimento: "Vi porteremo per sempre nel cuore".
