11/06/2026: Good pizza, well-seasoned and cooked to perfection. The added bonus is that they cater to celiacs, which adds to the appeal, as not everyone can afford to share a meal. The atmosphere is beautiful and harmonious. Prices are moderately high.
06/06/2026: I'm celiac and had a gluten-free pizza: sausage. Light dough, tomato, and quality mozzarella. Friendly and helpful staff. Fair price, five stars earned.

27/06/2026: everything perfect even the chef with the glasses very cute
27/06/2026: I stumbled upon it by chance (being in the area for the weekend), and found it to be a simple, clean, and very welcoming place. Everyone was very friendly. As for the food, I liked everything except the vegetable tempura batter, which was a bit greasy, and the second serving of mushrooms and bamboo shoots, which tasted slightly different from the first, which was excellent. I really liked the way they serve cake on birthdays. The price is average.

09/09/2025: The best Ice cream in Formigine!!!
14/08/2025: In my opinion, the gelato is high-quality. It's appropriately stored in a well, not displayed in a tub. Various flavors are available, including some sophisticated and unusual ones. The open-plan lab is lovely; customers are interested in knowing where their favorite treats are made. I would make one point: perhaps it's best not to leave some of the "processes" visible in the lab, otherwise it could have the opposite effect.

07/06/2024: Desidero segnalare un comportamento arrogante, aggressivo, maleducato e per niente professionale verso la mia persona. Tale comportamento, gravemente scorretto, veniva posto in essere dai gestori della pizzeria d'asporto verso un cliente non più affezionato.

19/01/2025: “Bistrosofo ristorante enoteca”
Essendo un’enoteca sita in Formigine che sta tra Sorbara e Castelvetro in provincia di Modena ti aspetteresti di trovare il Lambrusco, invece se lo chiedi ti viene risposto “No, noi il Lambrusco non lo teniamo!” per giunta con fare snob.
Sarebbe come dire che un’enoteca a Treviso non abbia il prosecco. Si commenta da solo.
Questo è un modo di fare irrispettoso del prodotto locale, che può piacere o meno ovviamente, ma ci vuole più umiltà.
Locale da evitare accuratamente.
