15/06/2025: Near the San Domenico Museums. Chosen for its charming name. Inside, there are options with various tasting dishes for €15. The air-conditioned dining room offers fast and extremely friendly service. Everything tastes delicious, accompanied by ginger and lemon-infused water. The owner is extremely kind and generous with tourist tips. Highly recommended.

21/04/2026: Nice location near the Forlì stadium. It's an integral part of the tennis scene. The pizza is truly excellent, and the traditional cuisine is also quite good. Prices are reasonable.

08/04/2026: A delightful family evening with my brothers-in-law. The staff were very welcoming and the service was prompt and accurate. We enjoyed an excellent pizza, with a delicious crust and delicious toppings. I think we should return soon, and I recommend everyone try this lovely restaurant, especially for the other dishes, which are both tempting and traditional. Meanwhile, I applaud the staff, but also my brother-in-law, who introduced me to this place. Well done!!!

03/12/2025: The girls were very nice and courteous. I had sandwiches and piadinas, and I really enjoyed them. The place is relaxing, right in the park, so after enjoying the sandwiches, you can also take a nice relaxing walk.

This would make people less confused...

28/11/2025: Two of us for an aperitivo. I'd never been there before and was dying to go. We asked for something to eat, and they brought us a small bowl of salted peanuts and one with chips. In the display case were several platters with slices of pizza, sandwiches, and a small bowl of peanuts and one with chips. As we left, after paying, we asked how much one of those platters would cost... they told us they only serve them after a certain time. When I pointed out that they'd already brought them to other tables, they scrambled up their sleeves... what a disappointment. Brought... what a disappointment.

25/11/2025: Unpleasant experience. Besides the coffee, which wasn't very good. When I went to the cashier to pay, I kindly asked if they had Satispay. The man at the cashier replied, "No, but it's fine in kind." I won't be returning.

10/04/2026: I stopped by Le Conserve Bio in Forlì on a weekday afternoon, curious to see if their organic gelato deserved its reputation. Overall, the experience was good enough to deserve four stars, but there were a few things I felt could still be improved. Let's start with the flavors: I tried pistachio, hazelnut, and a seasonal fruit flavor. The quality of the ingredients is evident, especially in the pistachio, which has an authentic and not too sweet flavor. The hazelnut is also well-crafted, creamy, and intense. The fruit flavor, however, while fresh, seemed a little less bold than the others, almost as if it lacked character. The place is clean and welcoming, with a simple yet thoughtful layout. I really appreciate the transparency of the ingredients and the focus on organic, which isn't just a label but a consistent approach. The staff is friendly, although they seemed a bit rushed at the time, and the explanation of the flavors was a bit cursory. The prices are slightly above the local average, understandable given the quality of the ingredients, but still noticeable. In summary: an excellent gelateria, with good products and a distinctive approach. There are some small areas for improvement, but it's still a recommended stop for those seeking authentic, well-made gelato. I'll gladly return to try other flavors.

29/03/2026: I admit I'm probably ignorant, but I didn't appreciate the gelato. I went based on its reputation, but I have to say the flavor is unclear and the aftertaste is bitter. I imagine the "sandy" texture is due to the artisanal production. I have no doubt about it. I'd honestly prefer something else. So, highly recommended for those looking for quality ingredients and a more natural artisanal product. For those with coarser tastes like me, I wouldn't recommend it. Kudos to you for your dedication to the raw materials.
