10/04/2026: I came in to get three piadinas, and even though I didn't realize it was closing time, he was so kind and made them for me without hesitation, and he was so kind too! The piadinas, as always, were super good!
05/03/2026: After reporting a previous case of dry and practically empty piadina, the owner replied that it can happen because they are made on the spot.... Then he prepared me a terrible San Francisco... I won't go back there
