01/05/2025: The waitress who served us and placed the order was not very nice in being at the request of a type of pizza due to lactose intolerance and according to the procedures of the sector manager who in the chosen pizza by removing 1/2 ingredients would have paid the full price of the chosen pizza because the system does not provide for the stopover but only the addition!!
It's a shame that pinch in Casalecchio di Reno like in Bologna uses a system where the customer chooses a pizza and if you take away I'll take away the price, which didn't happen in Castel Maggiore by the waitress Elena who made sure that we seemed to have extreme requests, so much so that my wife in the end took something else.
Come to an agreement, you sector heads, because in Castel Maggiore, if this is the behaviour, you will no longer see me and I will make sure to give you negative publicity.
Thanks anyway and the waitress tried to be nice at the end and even succeeded

23/02/2025: I hadn't been to C&G for more than a year due to increased prices associated with decreased quality. Today in a hurry, I decide to stop for a coffee and a vegan. Not even in the worst station bars have I found such poor quality. Coffee bordering on acceptable, really small vegan pasta, an unclassifiable mix of sweet and savory. All for €2.90. There is much better in the area.
14/02/2025: I ordered a cake for Valentine's Day in advance, leaving the name and telephone number, the cake was small and priced at €16. I go to collect the cake, the girl (curly with a ponytail, mulatto) with an arrogant and snooty tone tells me that the cake doesn't exist under that name, I reiterate that the cake has been booked with the name I had already mentioned, she continues to say that it isn't there, if I want there is the one in the window. So I find myself Accepting because I wanted to have it that way for the evening, I go to the checkout, and it tells me the price is €25, the size is the small one (I had seen all the sizes that were available when I chose it and therefore I know very well the difference between the various sizes). I say that the price was 16, and that if he wanted he could ask his colleague who I had spoken to (and he had written everything on a piece of paper). always in an arrogant tone she replies no and that she is there and to rely on her and that if I wanted I could change her. In the end, completely pissed off, I take it anyway (I'm not the daughter of €9 more) because if I order a cake one way I would like to collect it as I say and not change it at the last minute due to a mistake that isn't mine. I expected at least that the price would be kept at 16 given the situation.
Also because at the end of it all I got a small cake with the price of a larger size, so I got screwed twice.
What I absolutely did not appreciate, regardless of the cake, was the attitude of the girl, who, instead of apologizing and responding in a kind manner, approached in an arrogant and presumptuous manner even though the mistake was theirs. I recommend reviewing your attitude towards the customer and knowing how to apologize appropriately when, as in this case, the mistake was solely and exclusively theirs.

Il vino era molto buono,,,,,,arriva li cheffs🤣e dice la nostra cotoletta alla bolognese è una delle migliori .........a si ?! allora l ho ordinata insieme a un contorno,( anche il contorno
non era buono!) ,,,,,!immangiabile.......dura la carne .......cruda vicino all' osso .....sono rimasta veramente male ........mai più ! Sconsiglio.!!!!!!!!! .....quando l ho fatto presente al titolare ha negato....l evidenza! Peccato che io la carne la conosco ......soprattutto sé è scadente e ....non voglio aggiungere altro
