01/01/2025: Fiore Restaurant!!!!The true excellence of fish in Sant'Agata de' Goti I had dinner at the Fiore Restaurant and was really impressed. The warm and familiar atmosphere goes perfectly with the quality of the food, but what won me over was their extraordinary skill in preparing the fish. Each dish is a triumph of freshness and flavour. One thing that struck me deeply is the humility and passion of the staff. You can sense how much they love their job and how much they care about making every guest feel at ease. It was a real pleasure to dine here.
