Terrible service, long waiting times, the owners are not Italian therefore they are not familiar with the language and this causes a lot of boredom. Then, as in most restaurants in the area, when you enter: interrogation and scanning: who you are, where you go, what you bring... and then to complicate things there are no written menus, you never know exactly how much you pay and what you eat.
