04/05/2026: To date, in my opinion, it's among the three best pizzerias in the entire province of Reggio Calabria. The ingredients are top-quality, the dough is excellent, and the staff's kindness always makes all the difference. Not to mention the selection of craft beers. I travel miles from home just to eat a pizza of this quality. Prices are completely average.

08/05/2026: Excellent experience, fixed menu, excellent and fresh food, in the middle of the mountains, outdoor garden and benches to sit outside, friendly and precise service, super meatballs in sauce, everything excellent from the various appetizers, first and second courses, exceptional quality/price. Congratulations.

01/05/2026: You go to a restaurant to eat well, and my review could end there. At Ristoro del Viandante, you don't eat well...but better. But it's the combination that makes it all magical, and customers come back, and keep coming back. At Ristoro del Viandante, there's an air of familiarity. Every lunch and dinner feels like the one your grandmother used to prepare for you when you were little, to pamper you. The dishes are tasty, the ingredients are authentic, often home-grown, and every course, like the pizza, is an explosion of flavor. And then there's the staff... Matteo, Maria Ilaria...always attentive to your every need. And then there's Davide, the owner, who welcomes every customer with a smile and a warmth that makes you feel immediately at ease. He doesn't do it because his role requires it, but because Davide is who he is; he believes it's as authentic as the dishes he serves. So my advice is to head to Ristoro del Viandante without hesitation, and you won't be disappointed...and if you've eaten and drunk so much that you can't drive home...don't worry, Davide can accommodate you in one of the comfortable rooms of his B&B attached to the property. So, without fear of being proven wrong, I recommend anyone in the area to indulge in this sensory experience for the palate. Top.

12/04/2026: I discovered this restaurant thanks to a friend. Typical. The food is good and the atmosphere is pleasant. The desserts aren't to my taste. The waitresses and waiters are very nice.

20/04/2026: A beautiful bar with live music on Saturdays for aperitif time. Very friendly staff. You can play billiards. There's a play area for kids. There's also outdoor seating.

08/01/2026: Eva and all the staff are very friendly and kind, the food is good and plentiful at the aperitifs, the bar is renovated and well-kept, and the children's room is beautiful and our kids love it. Highly recommended place.

09/11/2025: Absolutely fantastic! You absolutely must try the ricotta ice cream with a touch of wine. Ask if they have panettone, and if they do, be sure to order it. Add some ricotta cream-stuffed tubes and an Aperol, and your day is made. The young owner is incredibly friendly and will provide you with all the information you need about the products and the region. It's worth leaving your money at a place like this.

25/04/2026: Delicious food with excellent value for money. The fish is especially recommended – fresh, flavorful, and served in a pleasantly generous portion. The service was generally friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant moment when paying: the cashier was unfriendly and initially tried to charge the wrong amount. This slightly marred the otherwise positive impression. Overall, however, it's still a recommendable place, despite the minor service issues at the end.
