07/08/2025: The ice creams and milkshakes were truly delicious. We didn't have to wait long to be served and sit down to enjoy our ice cream. It was definitely on par with other ice cream shops where the line took at least an hour, maybe more.

25/05/2025: Cozy and quiet place, ideal for a dinner with friends or family. We ate the pizza, tasty and with a good choice, but next time we will try the meat that seemed really tasty. Fair prices. Recommended!

02/08/2025: Siamo stati 3 volte in questa pizzeria in 2 settimane la prima volta abbiamo preso le pizze da asporto e le altre due abbiamo mangiato lì;
Pizza da migliorare a mio avviso perché il centro è buonissimo, sottile croccante e cotto alla perfezione, mentre il bordo rimane gommoso purtroppo…
Secondo me essendo una pizza che strizza l’occhio più alla pizza romana piuttosto che alla pizza napoletana, secondo me varrebbe la pena stendere anche il bordo e cercare di renderlo croccante come il centro della pizza, a quel punto sarebbe perfetta…
Materie prime molto buone, ottima scelta quella di mettere la bufala dopo cottura e le alici di Sciacca buonissime…
Unico neo che nei giorni tipo sabato o domenica si aspetta troppo per la pizza, tra asporto e ristorante pieno…

It's new and modern, with spacious and welcoming spaces, a gorgeous, always clean pool, and large, comfortable apartments with sea views! The day begins with a delicious, generous sweet and savory breakfast, always served with a smile by Bozena, Ludovico, and the staff, to whom we extend our sincere thanks! The quality of the food is excellent, especially the Ferragosto lunch, with its refined seafood menu, is particularly noteworthy. Everything was delicious and the portions were generous!
The pizzas are delicious and fluffy.
We'd like to thank the owner, Luigi, who is always available and ready to help with any needs, making this residence a true gem in Giulianova.

Friendly and professional staff.
The apartments are immaculately maintained and spotlessly clean.
Extremely convenient for those who want to relax and be close to the sea.
The bike service takes you to the center in 5 minutes.
Highly recommended.

Purtroppo l'abbiamo scoperto tardi nella nostra vacanza altrimenti ci saremmo andati almeno un'altra volta. Lo consiglio al 100%

05/06/2025: I had the pleasure of staying at this family-run hotel and, working in the sector myself, I immediately perceived the passion and care that the managers put into their work. Genuine hospitality, made of attention to detail and that human warmth that is increasingly rare to find today.
Breakfast was a pleasant surprise: good, varied and abundant, with fresh products that satisfy every taste. The quality dinner, with a wide choice of dishes for both first courses and second courses.
The rooms are spacious, well-kept and quiet.
The possibility of parking is also very convenient, included for those who, like me, travel by motorbike.
A special applause to the 2 young and capable daughters, who with commitment and dedication proudly contribute to the continuity of this beautiful reality. It is nice to see a new generation carrying on the business with enthusiasm and professionalism.
