11/01/2026: I've grown fond of this place and come here often. The food is really good and the place is quiet. There's always some background music, but it gives you the chance to chat with those around you without having to raise your voice. The space isn't very big, and perhaps that's why I like it so much; it's intimate and welcoming. The staff is friendly and makes you feel at ease right away. I always recommend making a reservation because it's not very big, so there's not a lot of seating.

02/01/2026: Excellent! I recommend this pizzeria for the service, the kindness of the staff, and of course the pizza (mozzarella, speck, provola, and porcini mushrooms), an explosion of flavors, pleasures, and a delight for the palate.

07/06/2026: I dined at Condito and had a truly positive experience. The restaurant is welcoming, with meticulous attention to detail, and located in a charming spot in Teramo's historic center. I particularly appreciated the quality of the arrosticini, tender and flavorful, as well as the pizza, light and well-cooked. The appetizers and desserts were excellent, carefully prepared using quality ingredients. The staff was friendly, professional, and always available. A place where Abruzzo tradition and a convivial atmosphere blend perfectly. Recommended for both a dinner with friends and an evening with family.

29/04/2026: Condito is the temple of arrosticini in Teramo. Here, the quality of the meat and the grilling are simply unbeatable, accompanied by a focaccia that's out of this world. But the real gem is Federica and Piero, the children of the great Pasquale. Two talented siblings who carry on their father's legacy with rare dedication, professionalism, and kindness. Federica is a truly sweet soul when it comes to hospitality, and together with Piero, she makes you feel part of the family. If you're looking for the authentic flavor of Abruzzo and a special human warmth, this is the place. Highly recommended!

24/04/2026: Feeling at home away from home is difficult, but not impossible. This hotel has everything you need to avoid feeling like a fish out of water. Located in a perfect location, halfway between the Teramo coast and the Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga mountains, it's the perfect hub for those who want to enjoy all the region's tourist attractions. Excellent cuisine, a well-stocked bar, and above all, the warm and impeccable welcome of Donatella, her two daughters, and the entire staff. The taverna is beautiful, with its ancient well and glass grate overlooking the waters of the nearby Vomano River. Near the hotel, there are countless shops, a post office, and ATMs.

07/04/2026: Easter Monday with friends... we ate really well, unquestionable value for money, I promise I'll be back!!!

30/03/2026: A place where nothing is left to chance. A charming venue, excellent meat and fish cuisine, a wide and carefully selected wine list, professional staff, and the very friendly owners are top-notch. I recommend it to everyone.

10/04/2026: Best yogurt shop in Giulianova! Excellent quality ingredients, a wide selection, and the staff is incredibly friendly! A definite must-go!

31/05/2026: Be wary of anyone who writes about a restaurant with a sea view. Be wary of anyone who writes that the food here is good! The dishes are puny, poor, and tasteless. I had a cold appetizer that looked like a plate of leftovers, even though it was poor. An Alice spread out on a piece (not a slice) of hard, old bread. Some octopus and cuttlefish, tasteless and chunky. Three frozen shrimp. With a cocktail sauce straight from a jar at the supermarket, and a prawn with a little tomato. All tasteless. It's truly a paltry dish. I wouldn't serve a dish like that even to my worst enemy. I asked for a green salad. It was brought to me already dressed. Absurd! That also made me think of a salad that was left over... and recycled! All this crap arrived after a 50-minute wait! I got up hungry, but I didn't dare order anything else! The sea view is only available if you go to the beach! Warehouse closed in absurd heat!

08/05/2026: I had lunch at this newly managed restaurant. The place is very well-maintained, the service excellent, and the owners very friendly. The lunch was excellent, with a €20 fixed menu including a first course, second course, and side dish, including water, 1/4 cup wine, and coffee. Closed Mondays, Tuesdays through Fridays. I'll be back often.

18/04/2026: Went on Saturday night obviously having booked and I must say that in recent times there has been a significant drop in quality, ingredients always in decreasing quantities, a margherita that unfortunately had very little mozzarella, tomato let's not talk about, in the restaurant I had to wait half an hour and if it went well it was 45 ° minimum unbearable for those who have to wait. I have always come summer/winter and honestly on Saturday night I was very sorry, I hope to change the review in the future because I have always liked your pizza but in recent times something has changed. An appreciation to those who work behind the counter who in those conditions are always kind.
