03/03/2026: If you're looking for substance, this restaurant in Carsoli won't disappoint: the food is authentic, genuine, and decidedly good. You can taste the typical local flavors and the genuineness of the ingredients.
The problem is the location: the atmosphere is extremely chaotic and noisy.
In short: Go here for good food (it's worth it), but be patient with the chaos.
