27/03/2025: I made a large order on February 11, paid everything in advance, for delivery agreed for March 5 ... I'm still waiting 😢 ... customer service Kind but ultimately useless because it is a simple call center. advice given by the experience not yet concluded: small purchases yes but nothing more from Ikea!!
16/03/2025: Extremely rude customer service. It's already the second time I've bought, some pieces are missing and they tell me they've made do. Shame on you
