29/07/2025: Ottima cucina e cameriera molto gentile e professionale. Posto molto carino con un bellissimo dehor. Consigliatissimo.

29/07/2025: Con amici e due famiglie abbiamo trascorso una, tutto sommato, piacevole serata in un ambiente vivace ma non eccessivo nella rumorosità. Abbiamo preso un tagliere misto da condividere dalle dimensioni generose ma dalla qualità che mio giudizio non rende giustizia all'offerta locale di affettati /formaggi: varietà sicuramente si meno nel gusto dove a fatica si riusciva a distinguere le differenze. Polenta concia ne ho mangiate di migliori. Tutto sommato tenuto conto dell'ambiente in stile vivace e movimentato la varietà dei piatti (anche se non esemplare, va detto) e i prezzi alla fine non altissimi (tenuto conto che siamo in una zona Premium) è comunque una opzione da non scartare .

14/06/2025: Sono stato ieri sera a cena in questo ristorante molto bello e arredato con molto gusto.All’entrata ci ha accolto un ragazzo molto bravo e ci ha fatti accomodare in terrazza.Mentre sceglievamo le portate la proprietaria una donna molto simpatica e gentile ci ha consigliato.I piatti erano FANTASTICI!!! Finalmente ho potuto mangiare la Fonduta alla Valdostana che era sublime!! Io lo consiglio a pieni voti sia per la cucina ma anche per la gentilezza e dolcezza dello staff! Ci tornerò di sicuro ogni volta che vengo in valle! Complimenti a tutte/i !!!

01/04/2025: Nous y sommes allés 2 jours de suite! Accueil très sympathique et nourriture excellente. La polenta gratinée aux cèpes était excellente. Même choses pour les lasagnes blanches aux cèpes et truffes et les penne arrabiata. Portions généreuses et prix plus que corrects. Très bons vins blanc et rouge du Val d’Aoste. Réservation recommandée en haute saison.

07/03/2025: Lasagne et tiramisu = une tuerie 😀 Dommage d être venu que le dernier jour du séjour sinon je serai venu plusieurs fois. A l annee prochaine 😄

20/08/2023: Abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante il primo giorno di vacanza a La Thuile. Un piatto di gnocchi alle trote abbastanza buono ed un piatto di prosciutto con bufala da dimenticare. Servizio scadente: è arrivato il bere senza che ci avessero ancora apparecchiato.. Mi dispiace fare una recensione negativa ma dato quanto abbiamo speso sinceramente mi aspettavo più qualità.

16/03/2025: Bel locale in centro,facente parte di una catena di ristoranti,personale tutto giovane e amichevole,mangiato buon piatto di tagliatelle al blu di Aosta che è un formaggio,unico appunto il piatto era freddo,consiglierei di tenerli in caldo i piatti,.

18/02/2025: This restaurant has potential but is missing a trick! The food is exceptional but the service is lacking! The waitress was more interested in talking to the chef than serving the food! The style of the menus (cheap laminated poorly designed) do not match the prices being charged or the quality of the food - an easy fix. The main dishes are served with potatoes and vegetables - this is not made clear. I ready a comment about the 'smell' in the restaurant. There is a distinct smell but don't forget that there is a thermal spa locally and river in the village often smells of sulphur. The restaurant is spotless and well presented. The smell isn't strong - but it is present in the fabric of the building. I wouldn't let this put you off eating here. Overall: has real potential but let down by poor service.

20/03/2025: Visited while in ski holiday , 2 adults & 3 kids. Realised we had been here 3 years ago when we last visited La thuile. They’ve renovated the dining room a lot so it’s really nice looking. Way more modern in style. Staff are so friendly. Wine list is good value. Food is very simple. Lots of pizzas which are good. Lamb chops are nice, 5 chops. Tagliata is nice too, but rocket was very limp. Sirloin steak good too. Overall meat dishes are nice, not amazing but that’s ok. Tiramisu was superb

08/03/2025: We noticed really quickly after we arrived to La Thuile that you need a reserveration. But the host offered us really quickly a take away alternative which we thought was a great suggestion. So 4 !!!! minutes wait - not more - not less - and we walked away with our very tasty veggie pizza. Great alternative!

11/07/2024: Ieri sera io e il mio compagno, abbiamo scelto di cenare nel ristorante dell’hotel consigliati da un amico. Saletta romantica e servizio curato. Piatti ottimi, in particolare la trota e il cervo in crosta. Menzione particolare alla carta dei vini molto ampia e interessante, raccontata bene dal sommelier. Siamo stati molto bene e torneremo di sicuro!

16/01/2025: Thank you to a superb family team. Authentic super dinner (take home box essential). Tremendous value. A perfectly cooked T Bone steak like we’ve not had in forever. Kitchen open all day (bonus and rare these days). Testament to a dedicated hardworking team. We also had an après ski drink there yesterday and loved the ambiance. 19/02/2025: Had a pizza for lunch here and the base was by far the best from the 4 restaurants we tried. Thought it would be expensive but it was standard price.

05/04/2025: Frequento La Thuile da 20 anni, al Pepita non ero mai venuto da quando è diventato ristorante perché mi ricordava il pub messicano che c’era fino a qualche anno fa. Devo assolutamente ricredermi! Il miglior tagliere di salumi e formaggi mai assaggiato in Valle D’Aosta , agnolotti ripieni di prosciutto di sanità marcel al lemon grass eccezionali, carni di grande qualità. servizio professionale. Complimenti!

08/03/2025: We went here as a party of ten, comprising all f two families with four teens. It was very busy and we had a few minutes wait for our reserved table (which was good as some of us were running late). The one disappointment was that they did not serve pizzas in the evening, which is a little odd in an Italian restaurant that has “pizzeria” in its name! I’m not sure what the cut off time is but we were sitting down after 9:30pm. The food we did order was all very good and well received. The wine too was good quality. Recommend.

24/02/2025: Sono stato la sera di San valentino con la mia fidanzata, abbiamo mangiato il menu di pesce, molto curato. La risalita del gatto delle nevi aggiunge un tocco di avventura. Nella risalita si vede tutto il paese di La thuile.Il ristorante, è un tipico chalet di montagna con interni in legno e decorazioni tipiche. L'accoglienza del personale è calorosa e rende l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. Perfetto per chi cerca un'esperienza indimenticabile tra le montagne.

28/08/2024: Pizze ottime. Per il resto assaggiato il pollo, niente di che. Personale un po’ disattento e tempi di attesa un po’ lunghi. Prezzi al di sopra della norma

26/08/2024: Di ritorno da una passeggiata alle vicine cascate del Rutor ci siamo fermati per caso in questo locale con un ampissimo posteggio...OTTIMA SCELTA!… Personale cortese e professionale, bellissimo e pulito ambiente interno e buon cibo (anche insolito se si vuole osare) ed alla fine prezzo correttissimo. P.S. ho letto che la gestione “non vuole” recensioni su T.A. ma io sono uno di quei viaggiatori che crede ancora nello strumento T.A.…e nella sua “lettura interpretativa”
