30/01/2025: I had the pleasure of having lunch with my partner in this restaurant and the experience was truly exceptional! The food is excellent, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, and each dish is taken care of down to the smallest detail. The impeccable service, with kind and welcoming staff, always attentive to customer needs without being intrusive.
A strong point is certainly the owner, a nice and warm person, who contributes to creating a family and relaxed atmosphere.
Overall, a really pleasant lunch, which we will certainly repeat with pleasure. Highly recommended!
30/12/2024: The only place that really satisfied us in this short holiday near Aosta. Kind and friendly service and never affected, portions
generous portions of decidedly above average food prepared by a good (and friendly!) Chef, honest prices and understanding towards children. If we return to these parts we will definitely eat here again. P.s. to new customers, let the juke box play!

11/09/2024: Le patron du restaurant " EDI " est un personnage atypique, plein d'humour et d'hospitalité.
Un menu découverte excellent du début à la fin.
Les plats sont copieux et délicieux dans une ambiance chaleureuse.
Le prix reste très correct.
Un grand moment de bien-être.
J'espère pouvoir y retourner un jour...
10/09/2024: Toujours aussi bien, même après plusieurs années. Vraiment l’endroit où il faut s’arrêter pour découvrir un nombre important de spécialités italiennes. Edi est toujours aussi charmant. Les mets sont toujours aussi bons, il faut seulement bien jeûner avant la réservation. Je précise que la réservation est impérative et qu’il vous faudra vous y prendre bien à l’avance si vous venez en nombre ´.

23/08/2024: Raggiungiamo questo lago incantevole dopo 1,5 ore di piacevole salita. Alle 12 ci rechiamo in rifugio, per pranzare nel dehor accogliente. Chiediamo dei servizi, dei quali in attesa già sento commenti più che negativi, e sorpresi constatiamo le condizioni di estrema incuria, mentre il personale, seppur gentile, sta fumando tranquillamente seduto. Un detto recita che "i servizi sono lo specchio della cucina". A onor di cronaca bisogna dire che il pranzo era buono. Questa recensione non ha l'intento di discreditare la gestione del rifugio, ma di spronare il responsabile a porre maggiore attenzione alle più elementari norme igieniche.
16/08/2024: Che spettacolo! Il contesto è super ! Tagliere di salumi e formaggi incredibile, qualità dei prodotti di livello altissimo!! Polenta concia invece ha deluso, poco formaggio, non amalgamato con la polenta, ma torneremo!

30/08/2024: Il posto è suggestivo e molto piacevole. La qualità del cibo molto buona ed a km 0. Abbiamo mangiato un piatto di affettati, una fetta di fontina molto buona, una fetta di ricotta, delle zucchine in agrodolce come accompagnamento e poi un piatto di fettine di rostbeef con le patate. Poi un piatto di dolce con tirata e panna cotta. Un caffè e mezzo litro di vino sfuso rosso. Pagato 38 euro a testa!
Errore nostro che non abbiamo chiesto il prezzo prima ma sul sito c’è scritto che il menù completo di antipasto primo secondo formaggio dolce caffè e vino sfuso costa dai 27 ai 30 euro al massimo. Ecco perché 38 euro ci ha lasciati un po’ perplessi visto che il primo non l’abbiamo nemmeno mangiato perché non c’era . Ad ogni modo qualità buona ma chiedete prima il prezzo prima di avere una brutta sorpresa come è accaduto a noi.
