The best is the locally sourced umbrichini with caciocavallo, pepe, guanciale, and truffle, but all the dishes met expectations. Highly recommended. Reservations are recommended.

10/04/2026: Super fair prices for a fantastic dinner! Everything was delicious, from the fried artichokes to the entrees to the dessert! The chef explained everything to us, and all the ingredients were top-quality. Recommended for any hiker who arrives hungry for dinner!
03/04/2026: We had dinner along the Silent Villages Trail in Melezzole, and it was a wonderful experience. The cuisine features local, seasonal products. Great attention is paid to the preparation of the dishes and to the guests. It's worth a stop. Highly recommended!
