05/05/2025: The owners seem really nice people, but when we entered around 18.30 h., they did not seem to expect guests. We were sitting alone in a very large dining hall. Because we were suspicious about the quality of food, we only ordered antipasta (bruchetta), which was just eatable. We also ordered a draft beer (Heineken), which was so sour that it was undrinkable. (We come from beer-consuming countries, Belgium and the Netherlands, and are knowledgeable about how beer should taste.)

01/05/2025: I had made a reservation at this property. The manager asked me if I could please delete her from the provider's site so as not to pay commissions and make an agreement with her directly. I did it, but while at first she took the reservation from me privately, even paying for it, then just one day before departure she canceled it without any reason, just because she was bored and wanted to force me to also book dinner (not included in the reservation I had made), causing me great damage! He treated me very badly and rudely! I've read a few other similar negative reviews about the management and it's all true! Pay attention to the behavior of this manager, because he does it habitually! Terrible management of customer relations, the owner takes forever to respond, and when she does she is arrogant, overbearing and above all dishonest! Attention!
