26/07/2024: Good morning, I try to briefly transcribe my experience in this location, hoping to be constructive and inspiring to improve. The owner, the only person other than her assistant present in the location, often appeared full of herself with angry responses and not inclined to other opinions, not considering the importance of the customer. She proudly praises the location of her farmhouse by stating the absence of mosquitoes and perhaps for the same reason she is convinced that the lack of mosquito nets in every room can confirm her theory. For the entire week in which we stayed I can say that the lack of mosquito nets was a minus that completely ruined the overnight stay in the room, giving access not only to numerous mosquitoes but also to bees, wasps and other types of more harmless insects. . Closing them was not an option as the rooms had no air conditioners or fans. Another piece of advice I can give is to arm yourself with umbrellas as the presence of just one tree in a swimming pool that can accommodate even 4 or 5 families is not the best! I further delight in writing advising that, when there are management problems such as water pressure or lack or minor problems, the best thing is to act at night or early in the morning or otherwise, to notify of the problem not at the same time as you decide to turn off the water leaving the entire building empty. We appreciated the possibility of having gluten free options but I recommend more organization as, sometimes, working alone can cause forgetfulness and the answer "that those who have intolerances usually bring things from home in their own building" is not professional. As a final point, I recommend reviewing the prices of evening catering. As they are completely different from nearby places. It is not a hotel or a 3/4/5 star restaurant, basic and often forgotten dishes for those with intolerances or allergies, should not exceed the 15 euro tasting menus within a few kilometres. For the rest, Sky in the room was appreciable. Suggestive location which, with various improvements, could offer a significantly better experience.

07/01/2025: Cacciagione fantastica, rapporto qualità prezzo eccezionale. Quantità abbondanti….insomma un posto da tornarci senza alcun dubbio. Grazie carretto!!!!!

06/01/2025: Location da sogno, immersa nel verde e circondata da cerbiatti, caprioli e daini che al mattino presto si recano al laghetto per dissetarsi. Camere rustiche e curate. Ristorante ottimo, la selvaggina è al centro del menù. Menzione d’onore al raviolo di capriolo e allo spezzatino di daino. Ho vissuto e assaporato la vera Umbria, tornerò sicuramente.
