15/03/2025: On a 2-day holiday in Passignano, they recommended this restaurant to us. Kind, helpful and effective waiters (all of them). Very friendly, friendly and very kind owner. Excellent food even without having eaten truffles and porcini mushrooms which from what we saw should be their specialty. Fair price. Thanks again..... we will return, hopefully soon.

14/03/2025: I can only share a 5 star experience. The pappardella with Chianina ragù won me over. The umbricelli cacio e pepe absolutely not to be missed.

11/03/2025: Very nice place, right relaxing and informal atmosphere. Delicious butter and anchovies and tonnarelli with anchovy butter and lemon. Crispy octopus didn't really convince me. Pleasant dessert, good wine 👍🏻

21/03/2025: The place is so cute, quiet. The service was perfect, the guys were very kind. I ordered Spaghetti alla Carbonara and my wife Rigatoni alla Norcina. And for dessert PanaCotta. Everything was wonderful, very very tasty. It was the best pasta we have eaten so far.

05/02/2025: Sono passato per puro caso essendo di passaggio per una visita al lago Trasimeno. Pranzo veloce ma pasta al pesce deliziosa. Essendo di un albero mi sarei aspettato qualcosa in meno quindi 5 stelle meritate!

04/04/2025: Rustic atmosphere but really excellent food and service. Both the fried lamb and the fried artichokes were delicious but the lasagna with asparagus and the "gourmet" version of the torte al testo were also at their best. Nice place among the trees but it is convenient to book.

23/03/2025: We booked with the fork (20% discount), this is the premise to tell you that compared to other restaurants we were treated like "normal" customers and this already made them start off on the right foot. The place is really beautiful with exposed stones and old agricultural tools from the past hanging almost everywhere and above all free of dust. Let's get to the food... anything I say will never make you understand the sublime experience we had. Rediscover the flavors of the past in pappardelle with chopped meat, or in semolina gnocchi without potatoes, delicious. Not to mention the cured meats produced by them... exceptional. And then the old-fashioned trifle made with a torcolo like our mothers used to make. The service is impeccable, the guys are very kind and affable. In short, we will return to try the meat and recommend it because it is truly fantastic to eat here.

04/03/2025: I arrived before they opened, they allow me wait inside and when I said I am really hungry, they served me pizza and drink before official open time. Also food was delicious, people are extra friendly, love the place!
