15/09/2025: For my first time in Citerna, I had lunch at Belvedere. It was an experience worth repeating because the fish was fresh and well-cooked, the restaurant was absolutely beautiful and clean, and the view of the Tiber Valley was breathtaking... the only downside: the waitress made a mistake with one of our orders, and we waited a bit too long to fix it. I must say, however, that the waitress was good; she apologized several times (mistakes can happen, of course!) and offered us dessert. The prices are fair for what you get, and I think I'll be back.

31/08/2025: Truly delicious, high-quality food; the refined ingredients blend perfectly with the surrounding environment. Excellent value! A perfect place to enjoy the family and spend a few quiet hours.

13/06/2025: A simple but perfect place to eat in peace and quiet some delicious dishes and certainly at a good price. All accompanied by a kindness that is much appreciated. I would go back immediately👏

14/09/2025: I must offer my heartfelt compliments to the owner of this magnificent osteria. On Monday, September 8th, for dinner, I ate magnificent tagliatelle with fresh porcini mushrooms: a unique flavor and creaminess. Then came an apple and pecorino salad, which was so simple and meticulously crafted, with the pecorino and apple diced into perfectly equal pieces, making it a game to try and decide whether it was apple or pecorino. He also carefully baked the rosemary he used for flavor into the pasta, so it crumbled in the mouth without being too harsh. Congratulations again to this restaurateur, who clearly carries out his work with extreme care and dedication. Oh, and the wine (Montefalco) was sublime!

25/08/2025: I'm not going to Citerna. First I'll go to dinner at Gloria and Luciano's Le Civette, and then I'll enjoy Citerna! Congratulations always Ad maiora

05/10/2025: Excellent food and impeccable service, from appetizers to first courses, main courses, and dessert. Exceptional value for money, highly recommended.

30/08/2025: If you're on the E45 near San Sepolcro, exit at Selci Lama or San Giustino, and five minutes into Pistrino you'll find this restaurant. You might be thinking, "What do you want to find in Pistrino that's worth the detour?" I'll tell you: you'll find an honest restaurant with very well-cooked dishes, excellent ingredients, helpful and fast staff, and very fair prices. The detour is highly recommended, believe me!
