01/01/2024: Cenone del 31/12/23. Esperienza da dimenticare, tranne gli antipasti, il resto non valutabile. Servizio pessimo(cambio delle posate messe a mazzi al centro tavolo) una frase di una cameriera (i piatti di plastica buttali nel secchio, mo!! vi leviamo pure i piatti sporchi!!!)

31/12/2023: Alcune volte non volendo ci fermiamo a villa patrizia e mangiamo bene, con piatti semplici ma curati con gusti decisi

23/03/2024: Found by chance, it will stay forever and we will return from Rome even just to eat. We are welcomed by Mr. Angelo, an exquisite and competent person to say the least, pampers us from the beginning to the end of the service. He introduces us to the chefs, the pastry chef, friendly and highly trained people, it feels like being at home. I have never eaten such delicious dishes with excellent ingredients. The owner of the hotel and therefore also of the restaurant is young but attentive, thoughtful and friendly. Go and visit them, you will be amazed. They deserve a Michelin star.

28/12/2023: Abbiamo trascorso il Natale da Magrelli a Monte meraviglia ( Cascia),il ristorante ci ha coccolati per 3 giorni con cibo pazzesco, dei menù studiati nei minimi dettagli,tutto buonissimo e di gran classe. Camerieri carinissimi e personale gentile. COMPLIMENTI, torneremo presto a trovarvi.

30/12/2023: I would like to leave a review in the most correct and polite way to express my disappointment, but I have to do a quick chronology of the facts. On 10/11/23 I made a reservation at HOTEL LA REGGIA for 4 people for the days 31/12/23 - 2/1/24 including the end-of-year evening and the SPA trip the following day with the related overnight stays in a double room with dinner and breakfast and I sent a bank transfer for the relevant deposit of €478.40 against which my reservation was confirmed. On 12/26/23 I telephoned the property asking NOT FOR A REFUND OF THE DEPOSIT as I knew I would not being within the 8 days foreseen for this request, but being unable to go due to a strong state of flu, my request was to be able to move the 2 days booked to any other period at the discretion of the hotel management. Two days later I was contacted by telephone and was told that no solution was possible. Now, my aforementioned disappointment.........I ask myself: how can a complex like this rated 4/5 stars with 3 hotels equipped with swimming pools, gyms, wellness centres, gourmet restaurants, private car parks and so on not find a solution to a problem that I believe unfortunately arises for many in this period? I end my review here, but I want to point out that the disappointment remains and with that also a lot of disappointment towards decisions that certainly do not enhance professionalism
