06/12/2025: I liked the very attentive service, the nice room but the flaws are that the mattresses and pillows are uncomfortable then the food is poor I tasted the meat and I have to say the quality is questionable then what can I say anyway if I have to spend three days with friends having fun anyway I don't think about these details

The staff are polite, patient, and helpful.
The cleanliness is excellent.

05/07/2026: The waiters didn't know what they were serving, and forced us to eat food we didn't like. The atmosphere wasn't the best either: dirty cutlery, glasses, and plates, flies in the air, and most importantly, the cutlery was stored near the bathroom. All the food arrived immediately, was piping hot, and tasteless—which means it was most likely frozen. The waiters, besides being unaware of what they were serving, were a bit clumsy: they dropped a fork in a lady's eye and made us use the same cutlery from appetizer to main course. The hotel wasn't the best either: it was dirty, there were bugs in the light fixtures, the electricity and water were out, and the rooms weren't ready when they were supposed to be.

24/07/2026: The lady who runs the bar is clever. I ordered a cappuccino and she charged me €3. The average price in the area is between €1.40 and €1.50. When I asked about the price (we're not in Rome), she told me I also ordered a glass of water. But it was too small for medication, and it was from the tap!
10/06/2026: Scammed: €12.60 for 2 cappuccinos and 2 brioches. The lady at Pope Leo's parking lot couldn't believe it either. Rita turns over

14/07/2026: I went to this restaurant on July 12, 2020, with my wife for dinner. When we ordered, it was immediately clear that politeness and kindness were not their forte. We ordered two platters of cured meats and cheese, and they brought one of poor quality. The second course was a mixed grill consisting of two miserable slices and a sausage—miserable to say the least. The quality/price ratio was disproportionate. No more exaggerated prices.
03/07/2026: Nice place in the center of Cascia. Good food. Service and hospitality need improvement. Staff are rude and hasty.

22/06/2025: Posto incantevole, con vista mozzafiato sulla campagna! Si mangia davvero benissimo, prodotti di qualità di produzione locale. Si gode di un ambiente semplice, genuino, conviviale. Si può visitare la bellissima galleria d'arte dell'artista di casa, davvero una sorpresa! Abbiamo comprato il farro e altri prodotti della casa acquistabili nel piccolo shop.
L'amore e la cura che questa famiglia offre ai propri ospiti è davvero qualcosa che ci farà ritornare sicuramente! Lo stra consiglio!
20/06/2025: Ogni volta che passiamo da Santa Rita, immancabile una visita con cena dai nostri oramai amici Fiorella, Roberto e Diego. Il posto è incantevole e i piatti sono semplici e gustosi solo come mani esperte sanno preparare, secondo ricette antiche e con ingredienti top, a km zero. È' proprio un piacere gastronomico come pure una esperienza estetica piacevole e rasserenante. TOP!!

02/08/2025: Lo scorso anno sono venuto più volte e mi sono trovato bene. Oggi probabilmente è stata una giornata negativa. Tra le urla ed i litigi tra le donne della cucina con la sala, per questioni pregresse, tempi lunghi nonostante ci fossero 6 tavoli (90 minuti per un primo, dolce e caffè...). Fettuccine al tartufo dove il tartufo non si sentiva assolutamente ed immerse nell'olio. Buono il dolce. Mi dispiace perché solitamente non è così.
27/05/2025: Location buona ma servizio lento, troppo, con camerieri non adatti al mestiere.
Sui volantini per la pubblicità mettono cibi che poi effettivamente non danno.

05/08/2024: Se passate per Cascia evitatelo… alle 8,30 per colazione con due amici… accoglienza fredda e sgarbata sopratutto da parte dell’anziana titolare. Sul banco non più di 10 cornetti ( alle 8,30 😂 ). Non disponibili i cornetti vuoti.
