13/03/2024: Era il 9 marzo quando abbiamo varcato la soglia di fratelli bovini, e adesso sono qui a raccontarvi di una delle cene più soddisfacenti, gustose e oltraggiosamente cazzute degli ultimi mesi. Partiamo dal locale: piccolino ma curato. Pulito ma comodo. Beffardo ma alla moda I due fratelli bovini, ( sarà il loro vero cognome? ah bho,) sono simpatici, alla mano. Ma soprattutto fanno fottutamente onore al loro nome. Sanno cuocere dannatamente bene qualsiasi proteina animale . Antipasto potente. Suggerisco di prenderlo ma dovete mettere in conto che è potente. L'ho già detto che è potente vero? I primi sono buoni certo, ma le vette si raggiungono solo con la carne ( e grazie al c@@@o direte voi, si chiamano bovini) Grande, grandissima menzione d'onore per Margherita, la cameriera arguta sagace e simpatica.

17/03/2024: Eating a sandwich at this rest area gave me food poisoning, and I was sick for 2 days! Be careful what you feed people!!! However friendly service and bathrooms in perfect condition…

16/03/2024: We went to this place for lunch because we were on a business trip. A very positive service, also given the friendliness of the waitress who was always ready for our every request. Ok food (we took a first course and a side dish of vegetables) without infamy and without praise. Location which, being in a motorway service station, is not too fascinating

31/03/2024: If it were possible I wouldn't even give one star to these "unspeakable". We called two weeks before to book Easter Sunday dinner, there were 12 of us on holiday with six children and when we showed up it was closed!! Do you have any idea what it means to rearrange Easter dinner for 12?? Graduates in quackery.

17/03/2024: Tried this place a few weeks ago with a group of friends, light pizza because they use part of the dough with soy, good and well seasoned. The beer is good. The staff were friendly but a bit of a wait in the service...nice place, convenient parking in front and to the side of the place but with few spaces...average prices. Next time I'll definitely try the meat... Advised...

30/03/2024: We had dinner by ordering 2 fish starters, seared Argentinian prawns on a bed of humus and fresh cheese and salmon nigiri with panzanella. For first courses, cacio e pepe with chopped pistachios and pacchero with cherry tomatoes, olives and red tuna. Very nice and well-kept place just outside the center of Bastia Umbra, convenient free parking located a few dozen meters from the place itself. Recommended restaurant for its excellent food and equally excellent quality/price ratio

25/02/2024: Restaurant in the center of Bastia Umbra with a multi-year history and proven experience, excellent slightly ethnic reinterpretations such as zighirí. The owners and chefs run the place excellently. I recommend booking on the weekend.

31/03/2024: While passing through Bastia we manage to book a table for dinner. Small and very welcoming environment. Excellent egg tartare with truffle. Homemade gnocchi passed with flying colors👍

18/03/2024: I hadn't been for years, since before Covid, but it's gotten much worse. Raw appetizers to forget with a very strong flavor and dry despite the added sea water... pasta with lobster was once with half a lobster now pasta with tomato with a few pieces of carapace and claw.... Chewy fry. Skyrocketing prices for 8 with 4 bottles of wine costing 25 euros and an average of two dishes each costing 87.50, just over 700. You can spend even more, Mr. Filippo, if the dishes were good. As in many restaurants, quality has now dropped and prices have increased. I eat them raw, and when they lose their freshness they feel good!
