12/06/2024: Very nice old villa that has been converted into a hotel. The service was excellent and extremely friendly. The room was very spacious and quiet. The restaurant had a large menu with plenty of choice. The food was excellent. The breakfast buffet was exceptional and had everything. There was even plenty of choice for allergy sufferers. We would definitely come again. We used the hotel for 1 night to continue our journey to southern Italy. But we would also stay in the hotel longer and would definitely come back.

08/06/2024: Again for a business dinner, I had the opportunity to try this wonderful restaurant with an aerial view of Trento. Fabulous, they reserved an area of ​​the restaurant entirely for us, excellent service and stratospheric quality of products and raw materials used. Absolutely recommended 🔝

22/05/2024: The place is tiny, it can seat at most 8 people, so it may be worth considering taking out. The food is delicious. I try to go there at least once every time I visit Trento.

13/05/2024: Place recommended by a friend. Very nice room, with vaulted brick ceiling. The staff were always friendly and helpful, treated very well. The menu ranges from traditional dishes to fish-based dishes. I took the land menu with a joke, a lasagna, a braised meat and the final dessert. Everything was excellent, the braised meat was something unforgettable, very good. They have a really well-stocked wine list with many local wines and also from outside the region. I highly recommend.

06/04/2024: This place really has the best pizza, I’m surprised they don’t have even higher ratings! The staff is extremely kind and welcoming, they are really the friendliest people. This place is definitely worth going out of your way to visit. I would come back to Trento just to come back to Korallo!

21/05/2024: Every now and then I go with my son for lunch after school. The pizza is fantastic!

18/05/2024: Fresh, abundant and quality ingredients; not to mention the dough, leavened to perfection and uniquely light. During the week the dough changes, so I highly recommend trying them all because they are worth it. PS: if you come in the evening, they often still have bread at 50% off!

06/04/2024: We went to this restaurant with the intention of getting burritos to go or eating while walking. Although there were many occupied tables and takeaway is not the main target of this restaurant, we were welcomed very kindly and were even offered a small aperitif while waiting. The burritos were excellent and plentiful, in line with the price. I will definitely come back, next time to sit at the table and experience some Mexican atmosphere (maybe with some music, because we were told that sometimes there is live music).

31/05/2024: A nice discovery, the last outings in Trento were not very satisfactory but this time the result is really very good. Good service with young and well-trained staff. The quality of the meat is excellent, with distinct flavors. Perfectly balanced risotto with teroldego reduction. I don't rate it 5 stars because there is always room for improvement but we are very close.

01/06/2024: I tried several pizzas and also one of their salads (served with taralli and focaccia), over the course of several visits. I can say with certainty that everything is delicious!! The staff is also super helpful and approachable. Overall, you can see that the place is run by someone who knows what they're doing. Highly recommended!
