01/10/2025: I've eaten here dozens of times now, and the food is always a wonderful surprise. The menus are always carefully curated and seasonal, never boring, and the entrees are always wonderful and inspiring. All the ingredients are of the highest quality and are prepared with great respect. In all the times I've been, I think I've only found something less than perfect once: a first course, macaroni with osso buco ragù, saffron, and lemon jelly, if I remember correctly. It had a touch too much lemon, but despite this, it remains one of my favorite dishes, and Bortoleto remains my absolute favorite restaurant. A small note on the service, which is always perfect: friendly and courteous, never intrusive. The dishes are always well explained, and there's just the right balance of formality and familiarity, making it a truly pleasant experience.

23/01/2026: I had spaghetti aglio e olio for €12.50. It tasted good, but I had to wait a very long time for it, and the portion was extremely small.

20/01/2026: The taste of pizza is a matter of taste. I really liked the pizza, but it had burnt edges. Very bitter. The pizza was delivered half-cold. Twenty minutes after ordering, the lady asked about the order and said it was ready but forgot to deliver it. It sat there and cooled. Weak.

27/02/2026: We had carbonara, lasagna, goulash soup, and pizza. All the dishes were delicious. The only downside was the small portions of pasta and lasagna.

21/02/2026: The best on-slope restaurant in the entire Alpe Lusia resort. Delicious, home-cooked food and an equally homey, friendly atmosphere. You can enjoy a delicious meal without breaking the bank, and soak up the sun on the terrace. Highly recommended!

23/09/2025: I arrived after eight hours of walking, with three more ahead of me. I had already finished my two liters of water. The refuge was about to close (in 10-15 minutes), there were no customers, and I asked if there was a fountain to refill water, but there wasn't one. I then asked if it was possible to fill it at the tap and that I would even pay for it, but no: it wasn't possible and the only solution was to buy a plastic bottle. A girl (a friend of theirs?) started laughing and, mocking me, convinced them to let me fill my water bottle because otherwise "I could die of dehydration." They filled it for me from the tap. Half.

11/02/2026: Great hotel, in the city center, excellent access to nearby ski resorts. We have been there several times during our vacation.

28/01/2026: The rooms on the third floor have been renovated, while those on the first floor haven't. Overall, they're clean and cozy. Breakfasts are repetitive: egg, peppers, cucumber, ham, and yellow cheese. The selection is small, but adequate. The coffee is delicious. Dinners are plentiful, delicious, and imaginative, but there are definitely too many dishes. I'll definitely be back.
