16/11/2024: What can I say, a 5-star experience. While wandering around Predazzo in November, not even a pizzeria or restaurant was open. Came across Google searches in this super mega fantastic place. Super modern, super welcoming and dynamic place, fantastic burgers and wide variety. What can I say, it was a real surprise to have found this hidden corner in a small village among ruins, stables and unexplored streets. Try it to believe it.

10/11/2024: Excellent burgers, different from the usual ones I'm used to. The briefcase with sauces was an excellent idea

07/12/2024: There are very few restaurants that leave me fully satisfied with everything: dishes, service, location, quality/price ratio. I went to this restaurant yesterday, 6/12/2024 with my husband and our son on the occasion of his first birthday. My husband had a tomino as a starter, then a porcini soup and a dessert, all accompanied with a glass of lagrain. I had goulash soup, polenta and a dessert. For our son we ordered spätzle from the children's menu, a dish which he enjoyed very much and ate most of it after the dark bread with herbs while waiting to order. Our son also really liked the goulash and polenta that I had ordered for myself, and to think that he is not usually a big glutton! At the restaurant's disposal, a high chair of the kind that attaches to the table and a wall-mounted changing table in the bathroom. This restaurant is one of those to bookmark and stop by every time you pass through Predazzo. Thanks again to all the staff! 🥰

06/12/2024: Just returned from dinner this evening, after all I have been a regular customer of this restaurant since 2008... I have tried many in the area but this is definitely the best, both in Val di Fiemme and Val di Fassa

18/08/2024: Atmosfera romantica, calda. Locale raffinato, con personale altamente preparato e disponibile a raccontare e consigliare. I piatti sono un tripudio di colore e sapore, sorprendenti e spiritosi. La tradizione che reinterpretata si fa ricordare. Consigliatissimo per cena in cui si desidera stupire e/o sperimentare. Voto 10. Prezzo / Qualità eccellenti.

31/12/2024: The Bucaneve hut discovered this year by my daughter who doesn't want to go skiing except in Moena but lunch absolutely at the Bucaneve hut. Excellent food, still fair prices and run by people who make you feel at home. Congratulations, keep it up.

26/09/2024: We had dinner with 3 people. The starter was poor for the price, the venison tagliatelle was good, while the other first courses were nothing special. A cream and speck cannot cost that much, especially if there is almost no speck present. The strudel was good but not very good, I ate at least 2 other better ones in Predazzo. The other dessert was normal. Friendly service, cold environment, excessive price compared to the foods used.

23/09/2024: Homemade tagliatelle all the same, it seems strange to me, Swiss cannelloni and ragù that seemed frozen, a buffet side dish that must be evaluated in quantity for the price, absurd. Everything needs to be reviewed. Price + VAT, high for the product.

01/12/2024: Delicious food, super friendly staff but unfortunately a bit long waiting times due to the start of the season. Other than that we had a good time

18/11/2024: I still remember those beautiful evenings of music and conviviality... they tell you that one day (or rather, one evening...) even Alberto Cantone played there :-) It was running - and it ran quickly - on 28 December 2003. Thank you dear friends, food, company and unforgettable atmosphere, so much so that I remember it after more than twenty years...

07/08/2024: Very well equipped place, with ample availability outside. Fabulous cuisine (excellent desserts). You can pay by card or cash directly at the table without going to the cashier. The only flaw: to get the receipt, if you paid at the table, the staff tells you: 《If you want the receipt you have to go to the cashier》..., but it's a shame that they don't give you a pre-bill or other information that could make it easier. the "collection" of the receipt (the tables are not even numbered).

24/08/2024: La malga internamente è piccola ma molto accogliente. All'estero ci sono molti tavoli con una vista sulle pale di san martino mozzafiato! Il cibo è molto buono con prezzi nella media. il servizio è stato molto veloce e preciso. A mio figlio è piaciuta molto la visita nella fattoria didattica ( mucche, cani capre, vitelli, cavalli e conigli)).

09/12/2024: Locale tradizionale nell' arredamento e di cucina tipica locale poco distante dal centro storico di Predazzo.Offre un menù abbastanza ampio che comprende anche pizze.E' inoltre molto frequentato da gente del posto.Il che è una garanzia.Noi siamo stati diverse volte provando svariate pietànze e siamo sempre rimasti soddisfatti.E se siete amanti della polenta avete un motivo in più per provarlo.Il rapporto qualità prezzo è garantito così come la gentilezza del personale.

03/12/2024: Fixed appointment every time I pass through Val di Fiemme. From the outside it might seem like a fairly anonymous place and in fact it is even difficult to notice it, but inside you find yourself in a typical Trentino-Alto Adige restaurant. Wide choice of typical dishes (polenta, dumplings, salted meat, etc.) and excellent pizzas (not cheap like many I've eaten in this area). The desserts are also excellent, as are the beers served at the right temperature (I would reduce the amount of CO2 in the taps just a little, especially for the Weiss). Prices below the average in Val di Fiemme, practically always open even for lunch, I can only say: go there! In fact, don't go there otherwise I risk not finding a place when I want to go! :)
