15/03/2026: I only came here for the restaurant, but if the rooms are as well-maintained as their food and service, then they must be wonderful. The staff is incredibly kind, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, it feels like home. We had a wonderful meal: I highly recommend the Mas Burger, as well as all the other dishes and desserts. We ate near the window where you can see their cows. The value for money is amazing. We can't wait to return!

11/01/2026: I've never given 5 stars 🤩 It's worth it! The location, the harmony of flavors, the friendliness, the quality...definitely. This place is meticulously maintained. In the women's bathroom, there's hairspray, hand cream, sanitary napkins, and panty liners. The only downside is that I'd have to leave sooner or later.

24/02/2026: Very centrally located hotel. Newly furnished rooms, very clean (a plus), and thoughtfully designed down to the last detail. Comfortable mattress (which allowed for excellent recovery), plenty of pillows. Safe. Kettle with tea available (a much appreciated idea!). There is no private parking, but public parking has been made available a few meters away. Excellent value for money. Overall, we were very satisfied. We will return for longer stays.

02/12/2025: We stopped here for a quick lunch during our stay in Moena. We ate well; the dishes were simple but tasty. The place is very small, so unfortunately, it can be difficult to find a seat. The prices are perhaps a little high, but overall, I would return.

13/02/2026: We visited the chalet with our family several times over the past few days. Because of its great location near the Chiesetta, we ate and drank there regularly, and overall the experience was extremely pleasant. In particular, the bald gentleman with glasses at the bar was outstanding: very kind, professional, and welcoming. Unfortunately, on our last day, I had a very negative interaction with another staff member (an Italian man with a strong Neapolitan accent) while ordering fries. After receiving them, I went back briefly to take some ketchup and mayonnaise, and he told me: “You must bring the fries back.” I explained that I only wanted to take a small portion, as not everyone in our group was eating them, but his attitude was rude and completely inappropriate — with no soft skills at all. Honestly, he behaved as if he were the owner of the kitchen: very disrespectful and maleducato. It was really disappointing, especially considering how good everything else had been. The gentleman at the bar even offered to help me with the situation. After speaking with a friend, I also found out they had received a very poor welcome from the same person. I believe management should address this issue. I work for Hyatt, and if I behaved like this with a guest, I would be fired the next day. Classic situation that one negative point ruined the overall experience.

26/02/2026: We had coffee and cake once, and then the allergist and the rest of the stops. The latter were delicious. Sitting on the veranda, you have a view of the river, the city, and the mountains.

24/12/2025: My family and I recently returned from a four-day ski vacation. The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, with a new spa area and pool. Excellent service. The food is simple, but average, with some dishes being better, others worse. The location is outside of Moena's city center, but within a 10-minute walk. Excellent value. I'll definitely be back.

21/12/2025: Beautiful hotel, meticulously maintained by the owners. The staff accommodated all our requests, and often even offered suggestions. I found the cleanliness of both the room and the spa impeccable. We took advantage of the Private Spa service, where you have the pool and entire wellness area all to yourself. It was wonderful!
