14/01/2025: We ate really well, we took the platter with some really good local cured meats and cheeses produced by them and it was also possible to buy them. I recommend getting their apple pie if I think about it I can still taste the taste in my mouth. Environment also suitable for children as it is a farm with animals.

22/01/2025: I totally loved the place in all aspects! Restaurant is located up on a hill and requires a hike from the centre of Moena, which was an additional asset for me. Building was constructed about 12 years ago with use of old wood and stone, what makes it extremely cozy and respectful for nature. There is a real fireplace in the main room. Restaurant is small but was fully booked. All guest were served by one, very kind and competent waitress. We loved every single dish we have ordered. We will definitely come back to Malga Roncac when we are in Moena.

18/09/2024: We were there on 09/15/2024, a company of 15 people, on foot from the Bellamonte 3.0 lifts, from La Morea. Not exactly ideal weather: overcast, cold, windy, even some snowflakes; however we were able to appreciate the unsurpassable view towards the entire Pale di San Martino group. Equally appreciable was also the courtesy found in Malga: very kind and friendly girls, thanks in particular to Erika who looked after us right from the booking. And then, among the thousand mountain huts where you can eat polenta, cheese, sausage and mushrooms... well, this is certainly among the best! Well done boys and girls, keep up the good work, it was a pleasure meeting you!

25/01/2025: Come ogni volta che facciamo qualche giorno a Moena… tappa fissa! Malga calda e accogliente, gestita in famiglia dove tutti sono gentili e con il sorriso! Mangiare ottimo… piatti della tradizione fatti come una volta. Anche comodo se si vuol raggiungere con l’auto. 👍👍

08/01/2025: Malga Negritella was a pleasant discovery. Having arrived almost by chance, we found a very comfortable environment, a refined but familiar atmosphere. The food served was excellent, in adequate portions and at absolutely honest list prices. The staff was very courteous and attentive, despite being young. Well done everyone!

29/12/2024: Lovely place, family run. The food is very good, with homemade products. High quality of dishes, adequate and rapid service even at peak times. It feels like eating at home. During periods intended for tourism, it is advisable to book. Highly recommended if you pass through the San Pellegrino pass. We will be back!

01/01/2025: The place does not accept reservations! We got there at 12.10pm and a guy very politely told us we would have to wait about 45 minutes, so we got on the waiting list. At 1pm we were seated at the table, the table was small and there were 4 of us a little cramped but the service is quick, so you don't have to wait too long. We took a cheeseburger and an "Osteria" dish, the menu is typical and also has options for the little ones: pasta with tomato sauce and the classic cutlet with chips. Everything was excellent, I personally ate a delicious cheeseburger, with the meat melting in my mouth because it was so tender and cooked just right. The desserts are also good. Definitely worth the wait!

31/12/2024: The only place in Moena where reservations are not accepted. We showed up on Christmas Day at 12, opening time and occupied the last table of 4. They also accept dogs. The place is a characteristic Tyrolean tavern, very well looked after. The menu features all typical dishes. A good wine list. We ate excellently and spent a fair price, 140 euros for 4 + the wine which I don't include because with that we raised the price a lot. The service was excellent, kind, helpful and also quite quick in serving. Of course in Moena there are other huts where you can eat perhaps more nouvelle cuisine, but you will certainly spend more. I highly recommend it to everyone

20/01/2025: The service is terrible, the waiters' behaviour arrogant, they wanted to add 30 euro extra for the food due to the small number of ordered restaurant dishes. Restaurant focused on making money .

26/01/2025: Seeing the super positive reviews, we went to this place for breakfast. Nothing to say about the appearance of the desserts, they look like a work of art, but regarding the taste we were disappointed. They tasted a little, even the strudel was missing something. The croissant on the other hand was white chocolate, I think I only glimpsed it, it looked more like cream. Then we took a focaccia with speck to take away, the bottom of the focaccia was completely raw... a shame really, because the staff was friendly and quick in service.

26/01/2025: ottima pasticceria nella quale assaggiare torte di ottimo livello e se in orario di pranzo assaggiare un gulasch davvero buonissimo , bravi e prezzi onesti per la qualità portata in tavola .

02/01/2025: Andateci, merita. Cibo di alta qualità fatto in casa e ottimo anche il pane di segale fornito da mi produttore locale. Per chi ama i posti intimi e autentici e non quelli che assecondano la moda del momento (qui la tovaglia c’è). Consigliatissimo.

01/01/2025: Number one! We were there today for lunch. Selection of delicious frankfurters (the cheese ones and the spicy ones with horseradish are excellent). Absolutely recommended. Until next time!

23/09/2024: A warm and welcoming place... where you not only eat well... but rest well... in front of a warm and crackling fire... and we saw the first snow...

13/09/2024: In August I came to eat with my husband in this refuge which I had heard so much about. Unfortunately we were disappointed, the staff were super friendly, but we woke up hungry, which has never happened in a refuge. I attach photos of the dishes (I don't know why they are not displayed) to make it clear the quantity; as you can see, the mixture was made up of two balls of polenta, a single small all-bone rib, two small pieces of venison, a small piece of open sausage and a bit of mushrooms. We spent a total of €52 for the two dishes plus a can of beer. My husband also complained at the checkout about the quantity of the dish. We will never return to eat at this refuge again.

05/01/2025: Very nice camper area close to Moena with the possibility of taking the bus or walking on the path that runs along the river....We arrived on Saturday morning around 5 and left on Monday at midday....we paid 64 euros 2 people with electricity loading and unloading and the possibility of going to the bathroom in the bar....the staff very kind and helpful....We will definitely be back this spring.....I recommend....

26/12/2024: Very central in Moena. New, clean and full of every comfort rooms. The property also offers parking a few hundred meters away. The staff is very kind and clear in their explanations. We also recommend the bistro below.

14/12/2024: We stayed for two nights at the Faloria hotel in Moena, located right in the center of the town. Our room, spacious and very cute, was equipped with every comfort including the presence of a kettle with herbal teas. Looking for some defects, you can't find them! 😊 We highly recommend staying here also for the availability of the staff. We will be back!

04/01/2025: Come sempre tutto buono.... in più con me sono sempre stati gentili sia i cuochi che i camerieri e le cassiere.... e valutando anche la posizione del locale i prezzi non sono poi così alti.... ovviamente sono più alti rispetto ad un locale in città ma qua ogni cosa deve salire in funivia..... inoltre quasi tutti i primi e i secondi sono cotti al momento..... c'è una cassiera mora con due occhi splendidi....

10/09/2024: Si viene attirati dal fatto che sta proprio all'uscita della cabinovia e anche dall'offerta tutto compreso con il biglietto della cabinovia stessa, quindi spendendo quasi nulla rispetto al biglietto singolo, contando che i bambini quindi viaggiano e mangiano gratis. Ma la cucina è veramente scarsa, piatti da mensa, fritto pessimo, pasta immangiabile. Il luogo è pure carino, tutto in legno e con tanti posti a sedere anche fuori. Notevole la zona giochi esterna. Ma per mangiare non lo consiglio.
