Tasty and carefully prepared dishes, reasonable wait times, and a very comfortable and warm atmosphere.
The farmhouse is also within walking distance of the center of Moena and offers a pleasant stroll towards Soraga. The option of dining outside in the summer is also very attractive, with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.

The dumplings were simply spectacular, and the venison with polenta melted in your mouth.
Friendly and helpful staff.
I would definitely go back.

It's worth it! The location, the harmony of flavors, the friendliness, the quality...definitely.
This place is meticulously maintained.
In the women's bathroom, there's hairspray, hand cream, sanitary napkins, and panty liners.
The only downside is that I'd have to leave sooner or later.

21/01/2026: The location is truly delightful, the staff is professional yet very friendly, and the dishes are incredibly tasty (I had the venison shank and it was a real treat).
Highly recommended!
17/01/2026: We found this mountain hut/restaurant by chance, and had the pleasure of dining here this evening.
We were very pleased with the food, the hospitality, and this place, which is warm and welcoming, almost like home.
Excellent food, fast service, highly recommended.
If we're in the area again, we'll definitely return.

03/09/2025: It's not the cabin you'd expect. We're usually used to traditional cabins where the service and food are mostly prepared by them. Not here, it's self-service, just like lunch at Ikea.
Many dishes are already prepared, others are cooked to order. Only the staff, especially the cashier, were really kind. Otherwise, I'd go further for lunch.

We ate well; the dishes were simple but tasty.
The place is very small, so unfortunately, it can be difficult to find a seat.
The prices are perhaps a little high, but overall, I would return.

12/12/2025: Like every year, we have dinner at Antonella's. The food is excellent, simple but tasty, typical of our Trentino cuisine. The friendliness and friendliness are the hallmarks. Good value for money. Thanks Antonella, we're always satisfied.

15/09/2025: The restaurant is beautiful and spacious, with good, friendly service and short wait times, perhaps because it's so crowded. The food was very good, at least the one we enjoyed: gnocchetti and the main course of luganega with mushrooms and polenta. The restrooms in the basement are inconvenient. The bill is a bit higher than average.
10/09/2025: Beautiful location on the San Pallegrino Pass. The dinner was excellent, featuring typical Trentino dishes. We also tried takeout, and the care taken in preparing and packaging the food was above average. The view from the main dining room is truly beautiful. The wine list is excellent. Excellent service. I highly recommend it.

29/12/2025: THE STAFF AT MATISSE ARE CERTAINLY NOT UP TO THE LEVEL OF THE PLACE WE ARE IN, MOENA: IT'S 5:30 PM AND THE PLACE IS FULL, NOTHING TO SAY. ONCE WE ENTERED, THE STAFF AT THE COUNTER, IN A UNCOURTEOUS AND CERTAINLY UNEMPATHETIC MANNER, ANSWERED US THAT IT WOULD TAKE HALF AN HOUR. WE LEFT, IT MADE ME NOT DESIRE TO COME TO MOENA IF THIS IS THE FRIENDLINESS OF THE PLACES.

24/12/2025: My family and I recently returned from a four-day ski vacation. The hotel is beautiful and well-maintained, with a new spa area and pool. Excellent service. The food is simple, but average, with some dishes being better, others worse. The location is outside of Moena's city center, but within a 10-minute walk. Excellent value. I'll definitely be back.
21/12/2025: Beautiful hotel, meticulously maintained by the owners. The staff accommodated all our requests, and often even offered suggestions. I found the cleanliness of both the room and the spa impeccable. We took advantage of the Private Spa service, where you have the pool and entire wellness area all to yourself. It was wonderful! Thank you for your hospitality. See you soon.
