All their production is based on strong, deeply rooted values, and it shows in the aromas, the carefully crafted pairings, and the quality of the ingredients. 12/11/2025: The beers are unique and original in both quality and style, the result of passion and dedication in both production and presentation. We've purchased both directly from the brewery and through the website, and the responsiveness and service are excellent, so much so that we've gifted BIONOC vouchers to friends who can now buy whatever they want, whenever they want. We recommend a tasting of BIONOC beers and, possibly, a visit to the brewery: it'll be a wonderful experience.

27/04/2026: We recently stayed for two days with our two children and our dog. What can I say? It's a wonderful place. I was looking for a place with almost nothing around, and so it was, how lucky we were. Seeing the children run around the park next to the property, throw stones in the river, jump, and ride on the swings was priceless. We found peace and listened to the gentle sound of the mountains and the river flowing just a hundred meters from the house. Wonderful! Breakfasts and dinners were top notch! Elisa and her family were very kind and generous. Thank you for your hospitality. You are very lucky to live in a place like this, and we were lucky to have learned about it.
