08/01/2025: Quando la vacanza volge al termine e ti prende la malinconia per l’ imminente ritorno ecco l’ incontro fortuito con Luigi, il non macellaio anima della macelleria Bonat. Ora, definirla macelleria è riduttivo: varchi la soglia ed entri in un altro mondo dove ogni prelibatezza viene prodotta, raccontata ed esaltata con amore da Luigi Valline, il deus ex machina del locale. 16/01/2025: Very nice restaurant with lovely rooms and atmosphere. It looks like a typical mountain house. The food was good but quite expensive. There's no big portions of the food like it should be when you go eat at mountain. I took tagliatte al ragù di cervo and they were wonderful! For dessert I treat myself with strudel. It was sublime.
