07/01/2026: It was a great experience for us celiacs, too. The food was excellent and beautifully presented, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We went two days in a row because we felt right at home. Highly recommended!
03/01/2026: Everything was good. We had one of the pan-fried focaccias as an appetizer, which I recommend. I had the spaghetti with shrimp. The service was good, friendly, and courteous, and they never say no to any requests. The customer is important, and it shows.
I highly recommend it.

09/01/2026: Nice rooms, they seem recently renovated, but they're quite small. There were two of us and we booked a room for four for more space, but it was still a tight squeeze. The pool and spa are very nice, with special mention for the lifeguard, who, poor thing, was just doing his job (unlike the usual ones who just sit there doing nothing), and his extremely rude parents made it difficult for him.
The breakfast provided by the restaurant at the modest price of €10 per person per day was really meager... we opted to have breakfast in our room.
Overall, the property and location are beautiful.
07/01/2026: Excellent structure for location, cleanliness and excellent food. The only flaw is the spa pool with a temperature too cold and therefore not pleasant in the winter months.

16/01/2026: According to Google, the restaurant was supposed to be open, but the opposite was true. We left the dark storefront disappointed.
15/01/2026: Discovered by chance after a stroll through the center of Cavalese, I have to say we had a wonderful time. The place is intimate, with just a few tables. The dishes are exceptional and carefully crafted, with delicate and refined flavors. Excellent wine list and excellent value. We'll definitely be back. Bravo!

We had a wonderful time and the food was incredibly delicious! I highly recommend this place. Make sure to reserve a table in advance.
05/01/2026: I booked a pizza at 7:45 PM, and showed up 10 minutes early to confirm my attendance. Coincidentally, the pizzas had already been in the box for "who knows how long," and of course, my family and I ate a frozen, horrifying pizza.
….. TERRIBLE….

02/01/2026: The pizzas were very good, although the one with nuts turned out to be a bit too spicy. It's worth drinking a Coke from the tap—it tastes delicious.
22/11/2025: Booked for 8:30 PM, walked in, and no one was there to greet us. At 9:10 PM, we still hadn't been seated. We left and went somewhere else. If you can't manage the reservations, there's no point in taking them, especially since it's not yet high season.

Communication by yearly chancing Service is poor: English hard to understand; Native german speaking service is not allowed to communicate in German (!), english version as said poor. Not acceptable. Even the reservation service: Asked twice by Email in advance, never get an answer. Telephone conversation failed due to insufficient English skills. For a one-star-restaurant not acceptable! Food experience awesome!
02/10/2025: The 13-course tasting menu is a true ode to the mountains: each dish evokes the scents of wild herbs, the freshness of flowers, and the richness of local flavors, reinterpreted with elegance and creativity. The cuisine enchants not only with its impeccable technique, but also with its ability to express the region through every bite.
The desserts deserve a special mention: delicate, surprising, simply superb.
And if you wake up the next day feeling light and satisfied, it means the experience was perfect: harmonious, balanced, and memorable.
A must-visit for those who love haute cuisine that still speaks of nature, tradition, and the region.

The meat 🥩 was excellent!

You can definitely come back for a meal.
03/01/2026: Average-low quality food, overpriced. A ridiculous sandwich made with industrial bread that you find in supermarkets. Two lettuce leaves, a slice of tomato, and a meat burger, probably 250g but maybe less, for €13 without a side. Hamburger sandwiches usually come with fries included in the price, but not here (if I had fries, the price would have been €20). It's really too much.
Anyway, that sort of normal sandwich that I make better at home, and a beef fillet, also very small, without a side, 1 water and 1 beer, €52. I think you're exaggerating.
