08/02/2025: Pleasant hotel with wellness and restaurant. We were also accommodated with a dog in the back building. Quiet and very clean environment. Beautiful surroundings and a great dog run. Restaurant also ok. A room with ping pong and billiards as well as a great gym for our children.

Waiters attentive and available to customer needs. Refined food, excellent quality raw materials with the possibility of an 8 or 13 course tasting menu. If we have to find a flaw, the lack of an à la carte menu. Highly recommended restaurant!

26/09/2024: Troticoltura che utilizza i suoi prodotti anche per fare ristorante, sebbene con orario ridotto. Va detto che la sala per mangiare è appena sufficiente, pochi tavoli e ambiente "rustico". Le idee però non mancano, ed io prendo il tris di antipasti che si rivelerà buono, ma saranno gli involtini a vincere per distacco. Il dolce alla birra miele e caramello salato mi ha un po' deluso, troppo dolce e miele preponderante. Servizio simpatico, la nipotina Jasmine tenerissima, il prezzo in linea. Da tornarci.

31/01/2025: Excellent restaurant in the center of Cavalese, everything super, excellent quality, impeccable service, the place is rather small and intimate, the furnishings are elegant and characteristic. I highly recommend it, I've had dinner several times and it's a regular stop for me! The exceptional dish for me is the Cheek with polenta and mushrooms! Congratulations to the owner who takes care of every detail!

27/01/2025: On a trip with friends, lunch break in a very welcoming and bright place with light wooden furnishings booked for 4 people upon arrival greeted by very kind and friendly staff they made us sit in a very quiet corner even though the place was then they offered us the choice between an à la carte menu and their proposal of the day we chose for the proposal which consisted of the choice between four first courses; Baked lasagna Rustic sedanini with speck and cheese sauce Spatzle with melted butter Barley soup and vegetables Four seconds': Roast chicken with mashed potatoes Stew with mashed potatoes Burger with julienned carrots Veal with tuna sauce with a side dish of your choice We got 2 Lasagne and 2 spatzle 1 roast chicken 2 stew 1 hamburger 1 liter of wine which, even if in a carafe, was very pleasant 1 liter water 3 correct espressos 1 coffee latte All this at a low price of less than 20 euros per person Recommended

19/01/2025: Very nice place but poor service and rude staff: the person at the table with me asked for a long coffee in a large cup and was served a normal one in a small cup; she also asked for the strudel hot and it was served cold. Finally, she asked twice if the strudel could be without cream because when she asked the first time the waitress was far from the table and she thought she hadn't heard her and the latter replied: "don't tell me twice ". Rude attitude as well as unprofessional.

23/01/2025: Unfortunately it wasn't a good experience. The local rabbit, therefore promoted as rich in "fat", was instead full of pieces of bone...let's say that they were not the best pieces to serve, perhaps scraps or leftovers to dispose of. In my opinion, the main dish dumplings and others can be avoided, leaving each dish with the pleasure of being enjoyed as tradition dictates. As much as he tries to be courteous, the waiter is somewhat presumptuous, even carrying out unpredictable actions that disturb the stay. Table for two set right in front of the emergency exit which is invariably opened several times, due to service needs, without warning or even without apologies afterwards, subjecting the people at the table to blasts of cold air, creating health problems for them days to follow. Arrogantly, the same waiter insults his colleagues who are actually very polite, humiliating them in front of the customers, being the first to make mistakes such as breaking glasses with shards that end up between people's feet. Also in this case no excuses towards customers.

28/12/2024: Well what can I say! every time we come on holiday, we can't help but return to this restaurant, and every time we have a great time! The environment is always clean, welcoming and well cared for, which makes the experience even more pleasant. The dishes are truly delicious, with options that satisfy both children and adults. There is a variety of choices for all tastes, from the most traditional to the most creative dishes, always prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. The staff is always very kind and helpful, ready to satisfy our every request with a smile. Every visit is a pleasure and we always feel welcome. If you are looking for a place to eat well in a familiar and welcoming environment, this restaurant is definitely a choice not to be missed! We highly recommend it and can't wait to return next time!🤩

15/01/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante per il cenone di capodanno e sinceramente siamo rimasti un po' delusi. Dalle bricciole di pane che si trovavano sulle sedie dove ci siamo seduti, alle posate che non ci venivano cambiate tra una portata e l'altra ma le stesse venivano riposte discretamente a lato del piatto, alle pietanze che si sono rivelate, malgrado le aspettative di un menù così promettente, rivelate decisamente deludenti. Sicuramente non ci ritornerei.

29/12/2024: Un diffuso ed amabile senso di accoglienza apre le porte di questo ristorante in cui il desiderio di onorare la tradizione e l'attenzione alle materie prime si fondono con un senso di sorpresa e con l'incontro di colori e sapori che sanno offrire cultura e territorio anche nel piatto, oltre che nel menu'.
