09/01/2026: Nice rooms, they seem recently renovated, but they're quite small. There were two of us and we booked a room for four for more space, but it was still a tight squeeze. The pool and spa are very nice, with special mention for the lifeguard, who, poor thing, was just doing his job (unlike the usual ones who just sit there doing nothing), and his extremely rude parents made it difficult for him. The breakfast provided by the restaurant at the modest price of €10 per person per day was really meager... we opted to have breakfast in our room. Overall, the property and location are beautiful.

28/02/2026: Everything was truly excellent, the owners were kind and attentive, the ingredients were excellent, and it was a truly unique experience.

31/01/2026: I was speechless! My work often takes me out to eat. I visit many restaurants and taverns, but this little eatery is the absolute best for me. Go on an empty stomach and try all their specialties! They're divine. I've never eaten such good freshwater fish. The dish is a thrill. Even the simple side dish is a thrill. A thrill that reminds you of family. True old-fashioned cooking. I also ordered wine, but I preferred not to drink it so the flavor of the fish lingered longer. The next morning, we went to pick up two vacuum-packed trout to take away. I'd say that after 5 hours with ice, they held up well (at a truly fair price). Thanks for a lovely evening! 05/01/2026: I booked a pizza at 7:45 PM, and showed up 10 minutes early to confirm my attendance. Coincidentally, the pizzas had already been in the box for "who knows how long," and of course, my family and I ate a frozen, horrifying pizza. ….. TERRIBLE….

15/03/2026: The waitress is incapable to smile and has an odd behavior. She is very unwelcoming and makes people feel uncomfortable. It is not normal to sit there for 15 minutes and she does not even come to the table asking if you need water. This was probably the worst service, I have seen. The owner if wants the business first needs to fire this rude lady. We come for vacation to cavalese for 40 years and there are many good restaurants around.

05/03/2026: A go-to bar for aperitifs in the center of Cavalese. When it's crowded, the atmosphere can be a bit chaotic. Friendly staff. Recommended.

11/02/2026: Illy coffee is delicious. I especially recommend it when there's a barista behind the bar. The attention to detail in serving coffee is definitely better. We went several times during our trip, and the atmosphere is impressive. In my opinion, it's the best place for coffee in Cavalese.

17/01/2026: I returned after many years hoping for improvement, but unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. The place is cute and quaint, all in wood, but the pizza is just not up to par, flavorless and with poor, sparse ingredients. It's a shame to leave a negative review, but after so many years, you expect much better. As it is, it doesn't make you want to return.

11/01/2026: I went on a friend's recommendation. It was worth it. Very friendly service, rustic atmosphere, delicious pizza (I had one with a darker crust), and reasonable prices. The real WOW factor was in the restroom: absolutely spotless! Well-maintained, sparkling clean—if the restroom reflects the overall hygiene of the place, then this is the perfect spot.
