04/01/2025: If I could give more stars I would have already given them...excellent pizza...and there is the possibility of also having the shovel type pizza...we didn't eat any other dishes but the ones that arrived at the other tables seemed really excellent. ...all very kind staff.....furthermore, the person who welcomed and served us, as well as being kind, was pleasantly Emilian...I highly recommend it to everyone...a simple and well-kept place as we like it... We will definitely be back to try other dishes Kitchen....
04/01/2025: Highly recommended, the food is good, generous portions, friendly and helpful staff. I also recommend it to those who have celiac disease like me. I ate their unique dishes, delicious 😋 the only flaw... the cooking smells that you can smell once you go outside 🙃 but we are in the mountains, that's OK!

11/01/2025: A splendid location for a family holiday with a small child. New and very comfortable apartments in a central location for trips and walks in the splendid Fiemme valley! Super recommended!!!!
07/01/2025: We stayed in the apartments and were able to use the hotel's swimming pool and spa as well as the restaurant obviously. Excellent location both close to the Parse center and various ski resorts, the apartments were beautiful, we had three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The hotel offers a well-kept and relaxing area. a games room area that allows you to spend your free time even for those who don't ski....

11/10/2024: Il locale è piccolo, per cui è necessario prenotare. Ma ne vale la pena. Ambiente famigliare, personale gentile e alla mano, porzioni abbondanti, cibo squisito. Ci torneremo sicuramente
26/09/2024: Troticoltura che utilizza i suoi prodotti anche per fare ristorante, sebbene con orario ridotto.
Va detto che la sala per mangiare è appena sufficiente, pochi tavoli e ambiente "rustico".
Le idee però non mancano, ed io prendo il tris di antipasti che si rivelerà buono, ma saranno gli involtini a vincere per distacco.
Il dolce alla birra miele e caramello salato mi ha un po' deluso, troppo dolce e miele preponderante.
Servizio simpatico, la nipotina Jasmine tenerissima, il prezzo in linea.
Da tornarci.

04/01/2025: There is a beautiful Christmas atmosphere, the service is professional. The quality of the ingredients, however, is not first rate. I would avoid restaurant dishes, I recommend pizza as the dough is digestible and thin.

15/12/2024: "Reserved room from 4.30pm", at 4pm they locked up.... At this point, put it locked on the maps so that at least one person goes elsewhere.... Writing it on the door is of little use, too bad.

04/08/2024: Bella esperienza, cibo ottimo e atmosfera elegante e caratteristica del luogo. Il personale gentile e la titolare molto cordiale anche nei confronti delle cameriere. Ci è piaciuto moltissimo! La foto di Sissi ha coronato la serata ❤️
01/08/2024: Luogo incantevole dove nulla è lasciato al caso, dall’eleganza della tavola alla cura dei dettagli. Ci si sente avvolti e coccolati. Il servizio degno del luogo, gentile cortese e mai invadente. Il cibo superlativo… da non perdere il risotto speck mele e perle d’amarena, i secondi e i dolci perfettamente equilibrati. Ci torneremo.

25/09/2024: After a long walk on the pedestrian cycle starting from the Predazzo sports field, we finished our "marciacorta" in Masi di Cavalese. Tired and hungry we arrived at this characteristic place: clean and welcoming and run by a family. The menu is extensive, but we chose to eat the pizza which I would say is almost Roman-style, crunchy and shallow, well seasoned and cooked in a gas oven. The beers are those of the legendary Forst, fresh and well drafted. The service was fast and very courteous.
23/09/2024: I ate 3 pizzas and paid a fortune... I didn't even feel good about it. Crazy overcast.
