28/09/2025: We are very happy to be here. Nice hotel with pool and playground for kids. Good restaurant in the evening . Clean rooms. Balcon. Kitchen ok. Comfortable bed. We didnt have breakfast in hotel. Free parking. Nice service. Thanks
11/09/2025: Unfortunately, it was a terrible experience.
The room was nice, but the mattress was so thin that I could feel all the springs on my back when I lay down. We found dog poop in the garden, and we don't have a dog.
The room was right next to the exit, and you could hear everyone coming and going at all hours.
We'll never return.

The service was fantastic, with very polite and cheerful people.
Highly recommended for a quiet evening, whether with family or friends.
04/11/2025: We had lunch at the Vecchia Osteria, run by Emilians who have lived in Cavalese for years. They offer both Trentino and Emilian specialties. The Tuscan bruschetta is excellent, as is the Storo polenta with mushrooms and melted cheese.

27/10/2025: My husband and I stopped here for lunch today. The staff was very efficient and friendly. Our food arrived, but we didn't have anything to drink. We ordered two plates of fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, and they were raw. The second plates were very al dente, with mushrooms that tasted like nothing. Not at all satisfied.

21/09/2025: Rustic mountain hut, good food, typical, cute atmosphere, donkeys😘 sheep😀, immersed in mountain nature... a paradise.
12/09/2025: I returned to this mountain hut for the second time and was once again satisfied. The atmosphere was welcoming and the staff were friendly, making it feel almost like home. The food was very good and the prices were more than fair. I will definitely be back.

02/10/2025: Our experience over the last 6 years:
Communication by yearly chancing Service is poor: English hard to understand; Native german speaking service is not allowed to communicate in German (!), english version as said poor. Not acceptable. Even the reservation service: Asked twice by Email in advance, never get an answer. Telephone conversation failed due to insufficient English skills. For a one-star-restaurant not acceptable! Food experience awesome!
02/10/2025: The 13-course tasting menu is a true ode to the mountains: each dish evokes the scents of wild herbs, the freshness of flowers, and the richness of local flavors, reinterpreted with elegance and creativity. The cuisine enchants not only with its impeccable technique, but also with its ability to express the region through every bite.
The desserts deserve a special mention: delicate, surprising, simply superb.
And if you wake up the next day feeling light and satisfied, it means the experience was perfect: harmonious, balanced, and memorable.
A must-visit for those who love haute cuisine that still speaks of nature, tradition, and the region.

19/08/2025: We went for breakfast, excellent croissants and cappuccino, good food in general, very good, even the waiter, a kind and affable guy, the only criticism was that 1 table for 4 was a little too small and the plates were too big 😁

Well-located restaurant, with a beautiful terrace/veranda.
It doesn't look like much from the outside, but the dining room is spacious.
Traditional cuisine. Fair prices, however, I chose the daily special, "cannelloni." I received three small cannelloni reheated in the microwave, which was a shame because they were still good. For 13 euros for the three pieces, it was a big disappointment, but my friend's saltimbocca was very good, so...
The wine price is fair considering you don't know how much you'll get: 4 euros / +/- 15cl.
Tiramisu is very good, so overall, a pleasant place with fair prices. I simply chose the wrong dish or one that was overcooked in the microwave.
22/09/2025: They gave us a table on Saturday night without a reservation. Very courteous and kind.

19/07/2025: In un luogo panoramico e spettacolare puoi gustare il meglio della cucina locale anche grazie alle mezze porzioni abbondantissime. Canederli, pizzoccheri, polenta, gnocchi e tanto altro (dolci compresi) tutto cucinato al meglio, servito al self service con cordialità in una location spettacolare ad un costo contenuto.
28/06/2025: Ci siamo fermati qui per una buona birra e stuzzicare qualcosa ma poi la scelta è stata differente! La birra consigliata dalla ragazza (ambrata non filtrata) top!!! E poi passiamo alla cucina! Abbiamo assaggiato tutto!!! Ottimo, la carne tenerissima, i sapori perfetti! Il ragazzo gentilissimo e bravissimo nel suo ruolo, due ragazzi davvero di cuore! Complimenti per tutto! Anche per i consigli sul dolce tipico!! Buoooooniiiiissiiiiimoooo con la salsa al mirtilli . La vista poi molto bella dalla loro terrazza. Posto molto pulito. Complimenti!

21/04/2025: Il miglior ristorante di Cavalese di cucina tipica trentina. Trattato con un ospite con la O maiuscola. Il cibo buonissimo, bravissimo e appassionatissimo lo chef Paolo. La proprietaria sempre attenta. Tutto eccellente. Lo staff sempre professionale. I prezzi bassi per il servizio e la qualità del cibo che offrono. Voto diesci
