07/04/2025: The apartment hotel provides basic accommodation, the studios are very small, the bunk bed right next to the front door. Very unpleasant gentleman in the wellness center with comments and grumbles at any request from the guests. Non-functional wifi in the room and also a very weak mobile signal within the location of our studio within the complex. Ski room without dryers for ski boots. A big positive of the entire area is the cleanliness, from the reception to the rooms to the wellness and pool itself! It is about 20 minutes on foot to the center of the town of Cavalese.

14/03/2025: Hotel with a very good location, very close to various ski slopes. The hotel has many facilities, which means that after returning from the slopes you can not leave it anymore.

01/04/2025: Those real taverns that remain in the heart. Congratulations to the food guys, amazing Teroldego risotto, to your simple but friendly and pleasant service, compliments to the environment, you have managed to maintain an Osteria as it once was. Highly recommended!

23/03/2025: Last night we were there for an aperitif, me and 6 other people. Besides accusing us of a review that wasn't ours (which I subscribe to anyway... or rather, "thank you Fede, whoever you are!"), we ate very little and spent a lot in proportion. I know that even for this review the place will continue to insult us as it did for another (which is not by Fede and I have no idea who he is).... What can I say.... the baseness of everything. Don't worry, you don't want us as customers, and we certainly never will be again. €112 for 4 cans of drinks, 2 proseccos, a beer, 2 bottles of water and 4 desserts..... and your "famous cutting boards" (hungry!) Keep them too! (....and also rude)

05/11/2024: We were in the mood for fresh trout and went straight to a small restaurant on a trout farm. A small family business and located near Tesero. A small restaurant, there is only room for a few tables, and very cozy. The landlady, who was also the cook, welcomed us warmly and very friendly. The menu was of course all about the trout and the char, which are also farmed there. First of all, we had three types of antipasti with smoked Saubling, pickled trout and trout marinated in light vinegar with caper berries. There was also fresh, warm bread and small tostadas. That was very good and the appetizer portion for one person was easily enough for two. Then we ordered grilled trout with a shredded potato rosti and a young white cabbage salad. You could tell from the food that a lot of emphasis was placed on regional, local products. We thought that was very good. The food was very tasty and the trout was grilled to perfection. There was also a nice bottle of Gewürztraminer for what we thought was a small amount of money from Trentino. We felt very comfortable in the Troticoltura Vinante and can only recommend this lovely family business. We wish you continue to have as many satisfied guests as we have had.

23/02/2025: Unfortunately it wasn't a good experience. The local rabbit, therefore promoted as rich in "fat", was instead full of pieces of bone...let's say that they were not the best pieces to serve, perhaps scraps or leftovers to dispose of. In my opinion, the main dish dumplings and others can be avoided, leaving each dish with the pleasure of being enjoyed as tradition dictates. The waiter, as much as he tries to be courteous, is quite presumptuous, even carrying out unpredictable actions that disturb the stay. Table for two set right in front of the emergency exit which is invariably opened several times, due to service needs, without warning or even without an apology afterwards, subjecting the people at the table to blasts of freezing air, causing health problems for them in the following days. Arrogantly, the same waiter insults his colleagues who are actually very polite, humiliating them in front of the customers, being the first to make mistakes such as breaking glasses with shards that end up between people's feet. Also in this case no excuses towards customers. RESPONSE TO THE RESTAURANT'S RESPONSE: if you get involved by offering services that people pay for, you are automatically the object of judgement. The rabbit has bits and pieces, good and second rate. In this case the choice was third, probably the dish had to be disposed of. The waiter repeated the gesture twice, always without asking permission or apologies. The girls were also visibly tired but always showed impeccable manners.

12/03/2025: Abbiamo scelto di provare il loro menù degustazione da 4 portate a cena. Sapori intensi, che ricordano i classici profumi di una casa di montagna. Il chiamare la loro cucina “A Tipica” è pienamente corretto oltre che molto originale, proprio perché i sapori che si ritrovano si mescolano fra loro grazie anche a contaminazioni estere e creano un percorso affascinante e stimolante per le papille gustative. Altro grande punto a favore va alla carta vini, ben strutturata e ricca di proposte interessanti; consigliamo comunque di lasciare la situazione in mano ad Alessandro, il sommelier, che vi saprà stupire con abbinamenti eclettici ed estremamente conformi alle pietanze. Da provare e riprovare! Noi torneremo di sicuro
