05/01/2026: We came to Andalo this summer on vacation for 4 days and discovered La Lanterna. We returned every night for the excellent food, all the dishes were exquisite, made with top-quality ingredients and expert cooking, the friendliness was excellent, and the location was quaint. 03/01/2026: An hour's wait for just three Margheritas, and the price was too high. I'm not saying the service should be fast, but at least let them know if there's a long wait, out of respect for the customer.

31/01/2026: Ristorante Pizzeria del Brenta enjoys an enviable location, right next to the Molveno-Pradel cable car. Its true advantage lies there: the breathtaking view of the Dolomites that embrace Lake Molveno. Unfortunately, however, the beauty of the landscape is the only quality ingredient you'll find here. ​As soon as you step inside, you realize the disorganization is directly proportional to the size of the room: a sea of ​​chaos. Reservations seem to rely more on "fisherman's strategy" than logistics: they promise you a table in 30 minutes with a reassuring smile, only to have your wait doubled once you've already fallen into the trap. Then, after a forced 40-minute wait, you remain there out of inertia, cursing the moment you didn't look for an alternative. ​As for the food, things don't improve: ​Quality: Definitely below average. Typical Trentino dishes are bland, lacking the soul one would expect at high altitude. ​Temperature: Given the vastness of the restaurant and the prevailing chaos, the dishes arrive at the table at the same temperature as the snow-capped peaks visible outside the window. Eating warm canederli isn't exactly the mystical experience one seeks on vacation. ​My advice? If you're planning a trip to Pradel, do yourself a favor: pack a good picnic lunch. You'll save time, guts, and money, and your palate will surely thank you.

19/01/2026: Beautiful dining room made entirely of wood, with large windows that let in plenty of light. Very friendly waiters and tasty dishes—a great place to grab a bite after sledding! Recommended! See you next time!

16/01/2026: We ate at the self-service restaurant at this refuge. But there's also the option of dining at the restaurant with table service. Plenty of good-quality choices, perhaps above-average value, but considering the location, that's fair enough. You can eat inside or outside.

12/01/2026: We visited several times during Epiphany week with our family and friends. What can I say...everything was perfect! From the food to the organization and services. A guaranteed place in Andalo for a day on the snow with the family, with or without skis.

15/09/2025: Nice place, beautiful location. There's a self-service restaurant downstairs (closed today), and a restaurant-pizzeria upstairs. We were two adults and a five-year-old. My son ordered sausages and chips, and received a cold sausage with sesame seeds all around. One of the biggest allergens. There was no mention of possible contamination, and I think only they know about sausages with sesame. Luckily, he doesn't have any allergies, but he doesn't like the taste of sesame, so he didn't eat it... €13. Polenta with melted cheese (listed on the menu), mushrooms, and sausage. The cheese was a brick roasted hours earlier. Not melting and cold... €22. Dumpling with goulash €14. It's good. Overall, with a few small adjustments, they could significantly improve the quality of the food.
