02/12/2025: We spent four days at Pachers for a wellness retreat and were absolutely thrilled. The newly built hotel, just a year and a half old, is a real success – natural and high-quality, with lots of wood, cozy corners, and meticulous attention to detail. From the very beginning, the staff were all incredibly friendly, competent, and accommodating. We received a very warm welcome and farewell at the reception and were even able to borrow crampons for our shoes. The restaurant staff were very attentive, friendly, and efficient at both breakfast and dinner. You can tell that experienced people work here who enjoy their jobs. We had a room on the fourth floor with a balcony, which was also brand new and absolutely beautiful. The rain shower was fantastic, and I was particularly impressed by the hidden air conditioning, which heated the room within minutes. It was incredibly quiet throughout the entire hotel – both in the room and in the restaurant. I immediately felt relaxed. We had the half-board option, and I can only say good things about that as well. The breakfast buffet is truly wonderful, with many regional and homemade products, plenty of healthy options, and a huge muesli bar. Egg dishes, porridge, and crepes could also be made to order, and the coffee was brewed in a proper espresso machine, not a fully automatic one. We particularly enjoyed the four-course dinner. It's great that most drinks are included, and the food was truly excellent! The menu is very flexible; you can swap dishes or order seconds. The spa area is small, but it was sufficient for us. There's a sauna, a steam room, and a pool. The small hammam area is also quite nicely done. Overall, it was a fantastic and high-quality experience, and they clearly prioritize sustainability. I always strive to write honest reviews that consider both sides, but I couldn't find anything negative about my stay. The only area for improvement would be the tea bar in the spa area. They only offered cold tea and water; I would have loved to have hot tea and some fruit there as well. Also, the pool isn't warm enough to comfortably lounge in. In conclusion: If you're not so much looking for a huge spa area, but rather peace and quiet, beautiful surroundings, good food, and friendly staff, then this is the perfect place for you. We'll definitely be back.

12/12/2025: I stayed at this hotel and it exceeded all my expectations. Beautiful location, welcoming and elegant while retaining its traditional features, yet modern. Beautiful rooms, spacious and welcoming, with attention to every detail. A full breakfast catered to every need, with authentic products. Friendly and attentive staff. The spa is available with a fantastic heated outdoor pool. I highly recommend it.

11/10/2025: You have to go there... The owner is so welcoming, and the restaurant is simply typical of the region, creating an incredibly lovely atmosphere. The food is simply fantastic. The food is served with great professionalism. Everything is freshly cooked here, and the atmosphere is simply unbelievably lovely right up until the very end. 03/12/2025: I booked a weekend with my husband through the company welfare portal and upon arrival I received the first wonderful surprise: I was given a complimentary upgrade to the deluxe room! The hotel was decorated for the Christmas holidays in a festive and welcoming way, the room was splendid, brand new with lots of wood and warm, natural colors! Large terrace furnished with a two-seater sofa and a panoramic view of the valley! The staff was kind and smiling! What more can I say... the spa was small but warm and complete, the bathrobes found in the room were brand new and soft like the other towels! We had a great time! Congratulations to all the staff!!! I will definitely be back, maybe in the summer!

03/12/2025: A pleasant stay at this property. The rooms are comfortable, elegant, and above all, newly renovated. There's a fireplace, a Tyrolean stube, and a lobby with very comfortable sofas. The breakfast is excellent and plentiful, with high-quality local sweet and savory products; the staff is always attentive, friendly, helpful, and always smiling. The hotel offers a small and somewhat dated spa area. I recommend revisiting the space and the water temperature of the indoor pool and the micro-hot tub; it should be slightly warmer for relaxation. The value for money is reasonable. The Brixen Card is included with your stay: very convenient for taking public transportation, entering museums, and the Acquarena in Bressanone. I recommend it!

20/10/2025: What a wonderful visit!!! The food was fantastic. The menu featured rather unusual dishes, which in our case (we had a total of six different dishes), all tasted excellent, were clearly made with fresh ingredients, and were visually stunning. The chef personally came to our table several times to ask if everything was OK. The drinks menu, and especially the wine list, left nothing to be desired. The service overall was excellent – ​​very, very attentive, competent (e.g., with the wine selection), friendly, accommodating, and at the same time unobtrusive – fantastic. The ambiance is fantastic – and if you get a table at the front, you have a sublime view of Brixen and the valley below. A fantastic evening that we will remember for a long time – many thanks to the entire Steinraffler team!!!
