27/12/2024: Wonderful place, we returned here for the wonderful service that this hotel offers us. The rooms are beautiful and large, well cleaned and equipped. Furthermore, the spa offers saunas of all types perfect for relaxing, there is also an internal hydromassage pool in addition to the external ones. Very recommended, as it is also close to the Plose cable car
15/11/2024: We were given a free three-night stay with breakfast. And it was successful! Because it was so beautiful and relaxing. From the room to breakfast, service, spa, everything was great!
The family-run hotel is simply too low in terms of friendliness and attention with a rating of 5⭐️.
And the dinner that could be booked (4 courses, antipasti/salad buffet, soup or starter, fish or meat, dessert) also exceeded expectations every day. My husband raves about the barley soup to everyone.
We will come again, even if we have to book it ourselves.

04/12/2024: The location of the restaurant is really impressive - you have a beautiful view of the valley floor and can enjoy the view. As soon as you enter you are warmly greeted by the boss, with a personal handshake and a few friendly words. You immediately feel welcome and are assigned a nice table.
The menu is small but fine, with a selection of regional products and a wide range of wines. The boss takes the time to explain the dishes in detail and also recommends the right wine - a wonderful addition, especially since the restaurant has its own winery with first-class wines.
The starter was excellent: light, perfectly seasoned and, in combination with the side dishes, not only a visual but also a culinary delight. The main course, especially the meat, was subtly seasoned and harmonious. Finally, I couldn't resist and tried the homemade plum ice cream with a delicious chocolate cake - a real highlight!
I can highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to my next visit.

29/12/2024: The service is a complete disaster. We don't understand how a restaurateur can be so indifferent to guests... We were in the hotel with the family and unfortunately there is NO relationship between the price and performance.

29/07/2024: Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in mid-July. Well, it was too short! I enjoyed it so much and felt so relaxed here! The food was delicious! Everything was in order down to the last detail. I would have liked to come back in August, but unfortunately everything is fully booked. (There are 5 people). Thank you, hotel Pachers, for the beautiful memories we now have.

08/12/2024: Location accogliente e particolare grazie ad una serie di salette ricavate all'interno di un grande e storico tradizionale maso.
Ottimo il servizio ma soprattutto la qualità dei piatti assaporati e legati alla tradizione altoatesina.
Rapporto qualità prezzo di assoluto interesse.
"Molto consigliato".

05/12/2024: ambiente accogliente e rustico anche se nuovo. Cibo molto buono e nonostante sia il numero 1 di varna non ha prezzi fuori mercato, anzi. personale gentile anche se i tempi sono relativamente lunghi (nel senso che non è di quei ristoranti che ordini e ti portano subito il piatto) ma i tempi sono accettabili anche se migliorabili.
All'uscita c'è una birreria che produce birra e che si può visitare. Ne ho prese un paio di bottiglie e mi sono piaciute anche se non eccellenti.

04/12/2024: I give it two stars because we were quiet, there was only one other Camper with us.
We paid 31.50 euros for two adults and a small Camper (12 euros for the van + 7 euros per adult + €2 for environmental tax + €1 per adult tourist tax).
The car camping area was on a slope, and you had to manage to keep your vehicle straight.
The receptionist attended to us in German, and after telling her that we speak little German and trying to speak in English, she alternated between German and English (something that really is not an inconvenience but rather the lack of intention of not communicating in another language).
The toilets are without maintenance, the bathrooms without paper and without soap.
The shower is acceptable, hot water and good pressure.
The bathrooms are full of spiders and dead insects, which is totally normal in the environment where you are in the middle of nature. What is not normal is that there are dead insects that have not been collected for a long time all over the bathroom.
The campsite is close to the highway and train tracks, there is no excessive noise but you can hear some traffic.
Access to the campsite is quite narrow, attention to large caravans/campers!!! You have to go through a tunnel approximately 2 meters wide by 3 meters high.
Overall quite disappointing for that price.
28/07/2024: Very nice campground, especially when camping with a tent. The owners are very nice, as are the people serving cold beers at the reception! ;p
Even though we came during high season, a reservation for our small tent was not needed. The nearest busstop is 10 minutes walking and, if desired, you can walk along a very nice forest path to Brixen in around 45 minutes.

Il passito di Kerner pazzesco
L ingresso all Abbazia di Novacelle costa euro 12 e scaricando l Audioguida puoi visitarla benissimo
Se invece vuoi visitare le cantine e degustazione costo 25 una volta al giorno alle 16 su prenotazione
06/11/2024: L’osteria è situata all’interno della stupenda abbazia di Novacella. Il locale è molto carino anche se i tavoli sono molto addossati gli uni agli altri. Il servizio è stato sufficientemente cortese ma forse un po’ troppo frettoloso. La qualità del cibo mi è sembrata buona, nella media. Abbiamo provato formaggi e salumi, accompagnati da un buon lagrein. Il conto è risultato adeguato. Raccomandato a tutti.

While being hungry, I found this lively place. The apple strudel was perfect along to refreshing sparkling water (though they serve also other drinks as coffee and beers)
