04/07/2026: Hiking in the Villnöss Valley/South Tyrol:
The hotel is located a little outside of well-known hotspots like Val Gardena or Val di Fassa, but in return, it offers a peaceful village atmosphere and a strong sense of community, as well as views of the Geisler peaks, Klausen and Gufidaun, and the surrounding mountain ranges. Shuttle buses are available to the Würzjoch and Zanser Alm mountain huts, providing access to countless hiking tours of varying difficulty levels, such as the Peitlerkofel, Plose, Schlüterhütte, Kaserillalm, the Adolf Munkel Trail, and many more. The hotel itself deserves top marks for cleanliness, friendliness, food selection, and service. The pool and sauna/wellness area further enhance the accommodation. The apartments are modern and inviting, and the double rooms are also comfortable and in excellent condition. We were completely satisfied; from my perspective, there was absolutely nothing to criticize, and we would love to return to Teis/Tiso.
01/07/2026: We spent five days at the Teiserhof and everything was absolutely perfect. We had a standard room, which wasn't large, but had a lovely, newly renovated bathroom. We were especially happy with the excellent mattresses, as they aren't always a given; we slept incredibly well! The entire hotel is very cozy and elegant, and the pool was fantastic, especially since the weather was so hot. The abundance of trees all around the hotel, providing shade, is a real plus these days.
And finally, the most important thing of all: the food. Breakfast was incredibly plentiful; nothing was lacking! (Honestly, who needs bread rolls when you can have such wonderful bread?) Dinner was top-notch every time: crisp, fresh salads, delicious antipasti, fantastic main courses, and the desserts were simply divine. I would have loved to stay much longer just for the food.
We will definitely be back! Bravo to the entire team at the Teiserhof!
