And they were skilled. Subtly seasoned with salt and pepper and with a very mild bacon that doesn't dominate the taste.

04/05/2025: By chance I got hungry in Valdaora and asked a passer-by about a restaurant.
Christ was recommended to us and it was a good tip.
It tasted wonderful.
Black tagliatelle with asparagus and prawns. Plus a glass of Kerner.

Sempre cordiali e accoglienti, ci siamo sempre sentiti a casa . Grande professionalità in cucina e cordialità con i clienti, davvero complimenti per tutti questi anni, ci mancherai e ci mancherete! 24/08/2024: Locale meraviglioso, il nostro punto fisso per le nostre vacanze in alto Adige. Il personale molto gentile e accogliente e il cibo molto ma molto buono. Siamo stato il 22 agosto e volevamo tornare il 30 ma purtroppo ha chiuso. Avremmo voluto chiudere la nostra vacanza con del buon cibo........Grazie per tutte le volte che ci avete servito sia in inverno che in estate. Ia vostra cucina mi mancherà i prossimi anni.

04/05/2025: We called in for a pizza as our last day of staying in this beautiful setting. We certainly couldn't have expected who knows what, but they don't have fries or sausage, the basis of classic pizzas. The three of us opt for a pizza with frankfurters, really cartilaginous, with a less than convincing flavor and appearance.

17/12/2024: Rifugio vicino a Valdaira molto rinomano ma da cui ci aspettavamo parecchio di più, gnocchi appena passabili, così come la milanese. Forse bisogna impegnarsi un pochino di più.

Pranzo di ottima qualità,lo strudel è uno dei più buoni che io abbia mai assaggiato ,i piatti sono molto abbondanti e il servizio è stato eccellente. Il prezzo lo ritengo giusto per la qualità offerta. Da ritornarci assolutamente.
